To keep this place running there has to be some changes. First of all the workers here have to be more friendly and understanding, instead lack of interest in what they do. There was a Time when I came to this store 5 minutes before they closed but they were already closed. I drove 5 miles going about 60/mph average for that BPJ Ice Cream and they are not going to give it to me because they felt like going home early would make the owner more money :( read more

Well, here's the deal. You don't go to Cold Stone if you want cheap ice cream. Because it isn't. BUT, if you want a positively fabulous sundae, then this is the place to go. I got a Mud Pie Mojo with an extra peanut butter cup in the Love It! size. I haven't been to a Cold Stone since I moved the area a couple of years ago, and this did not disappoint. It was worth every dime and every pound. It's a good thing I don't live in Goleta, or I'd be there every day! The facility was clean, the employees were friendly, and it wasn't even too busy. This Coldstone in specific is absolutely amazing. The staff is always on their feet, making sure tables and floors are clean. When I walk in I am always greeted by a smiling face and the staff is always ready to take your order. Also the mix-ins are done perfectly! Oreos in every bite! Good job! :) read more

I use to come into Cold Stone about once a week (sometimes more!) and I always recommended them...something has changed!! The last few weeks, the place has looked so gross that I actually will lose my appetite when I walk in (I generally have a very strong stomach). If I do get ice cream, I have to eat it outside for fresh air. The staff was always very friendly to me before but as of the beginning of this month, they have started to be very rude! Once or twice is okay in my book but it is getting out of hand! That plus the fact that their portions and topping are becoming smaller but the price is still the same....better off going to the store or going to Yogurtland right down the street! Came to this location on 7/29/2017 in the evening with my family after we ate at the outback for my dads birthday. My husband and I were ordering and a girl named Gabby (that's what she said her name was) was trying to help us but all she kept doing was conversing with her coworkers and not paying attention to my order. She had to ask me twice what I wanted in my daughters ice cream, she's a young teenager and I get that it's just a job for you but hey you have customers to help! Went to pay and my husband and I were just standing there and she was in front of the register just talking away to a coworker AGAIN! finally I waved my hand and said HELLO you have customers here!!! She rang us up and we went outside to eat. I went back inside to ask for her name (Gabby) I asked her and then left and as I was waking out my oldest daughter said that Gabby stuck her middle finger up at me!!! Wow is all I have to say! Such a childish little immature child working at this establish, and my 10yr old had to see that! I went back inside to ask for a manager and apparently there wasn't one around. I spoke to Allison and she was very helpful with the whole situation and apparently she said she sent her (Gabby) home for the night and called and told the manager Doug about it. Unfortunately I will never return back to this Cold Stones! One star cause Allison stepped up and handled the situation otherwise I would give zero if I could! read more

Their service might meet standards, but this ice cream is the most disgusting I've ever tried, I even gave it a second chance. It is sooo creamy and fake tasting, that it overpowers any artificial flavoring. And it upset my stomach. I just don't understand it's popularity. read more

Worst experience I have had in along time. I was treated so rudely by the female employee working there tonight. I came in with my 2 daughters around 5:45 looking forward to the delioous ice cream they have. My first daughter ordered 1 scoop of chocolate and 1 scoop of pumpkin ice cream in cup with the cone. She argued 4 times with my daughter that there was no cone in a cup. Finally I stepped in pointed to the display of cups with the waffle cones in them, she kept saying where, where. Then it got worst when my second daughter ordered her ice cream, my daughter ordered the same as the first. What a disaster that was. The employee gave her 1 big scoop of pumpkin in the cup and no chocolate. I then asked her about the chocolate and she then started to argue with me saying that's not what she ordered. I then told her let's make this easy, make it exactly like my other daughters, she said I can't I already put a big scoop of ice cream and I will have to charge you more. I told her I don't care I will pay more. Then I got the rolling of the eyes and the mad body language. When I went to the register to pay she started engaging me again saying you know I was only trying to save you some money.
