Every time I have went the icecream was fresh and they have generous portions. The mixins are great.

Ice cream was very good, and rich. Service was fast. Staff was patient. Place was clean and had outdoor seating as well.

One scoop of ice cream $10 for what? I was not impressed and will not be returning to basically give something to get nothing. read more

This is the worst cold stone location. Every time I get ice cream from here I order online and they never once had it ready. One time I even gave them an hour and when I came still wasn't ready. Don't except your ice cream to be ready for you if you order online. They won't make it till you're there and have to ask for it and yet still have to wait for them to help other customers before you. The ice cream is the only reason I come here but they like to mess that up too. Last time I came they forgot to add my extra add in that I payed an extra dollar for and this time they forgot a different main add in that is supposed to come with the ice cream creation. I love cold stone ice cream so it really disappoints me that I keep having bad experiences every single time I come here. read more

Came here right after I got off of work and I brought a co-worker here for her first time. It was a little busy and they had a lot of seats to accommodate their customer flow. The trash was overflowing though and there isn't a trash bin outside. I noticed a customer threw their trash into the trash bin behind the counter so I did the same. The line was a little confusing I waited on one side for a really long time before someone realized I needed to place my order. All in all, I've always had a great experience at Cold Stone no matter the location and this one did not disappoint. read more

my grandmother has diabetes and the girl in there told me that the orange dreamcicle was sherbet... BUT ITS JUST REGULAR ICE CREAM! that she ended up not being able to finish. i have a peanut allergy, i told the girl that i had a peanut allergy and she proceeded to make my icecream using the same utensils and on the same plate that she did with the customer before me. long story short, i will not be back. read more

Ok so the week they opened there was a line through the street and the poor employees had to sing the whole time. I could not stop laughing... I wonder if they still sing all the time... Employees seem unhappy. Not a positive environment. Don't recommend going there if you want to over pay for small portions and not enough mix-ins. I only got one Reese's cup for the large ice cream.
