We're huge fans of both Cold Stone & Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and it in 1 store! I love it! We live about half a mile from this location. I wonder why when I would Yelp Cold Stone this location never came up? Glad we seen it driving by one day. The Gentlemen here were very helpful with any questions I had. When they didn't have an answer for my question they got the Manager. He was very helpful & friendly. I was trying to figure out the name of an apple topping, He even went as far as taking his book of apples out and showed me pictures. Lol. I used to love Cold Stone but the last 3-4 times in a row we've ordered delivery from this location we have paid for extra mix ins and then continue to get let down with mostly plain ice cream. I mean, if I'm going to gorge myself on this many calories I want it to be more that just plain ice cream with less than half of what I paid them to add to it. Am I being petty? Probably. Is it still annoying when you're paying over $30 to have ice cream delivered and it's totally wrong? Yes. For this quality I'd go grab some ice cream at the grocery store. We've pretty much had it at this point and I'm pretty such UBER eats is equally sick of me complaining about it. This Cold Stone is spectacular. Not only to the uphold the high standards in ice cream expected from most Cold Stones, this Cold Stone does so much to put itself ahead of the rest. This Cold Stone constantly gives out discounts to anyone who subscribes to their text alerts (2 for 1 deals, $1 scoops). The restaurant also does a considerable amount of fundraising for the local community, which in my opinion speaks volumes for the quality of a establishment. Overall, if you want Ice Cream. When I went to pick it up, the clerk Jordan said he could not honor the $5 coupon without the owner's permission! He said I could call Allison, (the owner), to get the discount. We like Coldstone but this one is ok. Go to a different Coldstone, like the one in Arvada. We got our ice cream half melted and barely filled the cups they were in considering we ordered the Love it size. When I mentioned to the girl helping us that our ice cream didn't look like what was in the photo's, she told me that the photos were false advertising and her boss, the owner, told her that they were giving too generous of servings and needed to be careful not to give too much. Normally, I wouldn't complain, but they were flimsy servings, not even ok servings, considering we are paying more than $5 each. Oh Yes! Cold Stone if you want some good ice cream I would recommend going to Cold Stone create your own ice cream concoction or do a Signature Creation. The whipped cream they have is sooo good in my opinion. I personally like getting either the Chocolate Devotion or Cheesecake Fantasy but I take out the strawberries and put in raspberries. read more

I ordered a cake to be picked up for my daughters birthday party. When I picked it up the writing on the cake was crooked. They girl asked me how it looked but I was in a hurry and said fine. My boyfriend and I wanted to enjoy an ice cream on a Saturday night since I had a coupon that was emailed to me. Upon checking out I presented on my phone a coupon that advertised a BOGO ice cream as a reward for signing up for their emails and text messages. According to the young woman who fixed our ice cream one is not able to use their phone number or email address to use the coupon, instead one must print it out (and waste time and paper.. Some patrons don't have access to a printer). I then expressed to the young woman that the email specifically says in bright red capital letters "Customers of participating My Coldstone Rewards in COLORADO...(and several other places) simply provide your phone number or email address to the crew member at the time of purchase to receive this offer." The young woman then asked her coworker to confirm that I was not going to be able to use the coupon, I was still puzzled since I had just explained and tried to show her what the coupon says. Neither one of the women tried to accommodate us with a discount or even apologize for the discrepancy.
