Expect to pay a lot of money...for a small ice cream and large ice cream it came to almost $14 (insert screaming emoji). Why the three stars? Cause I really liked the ice cream I got hah! Cake batter and Oreo ice cream mixed with freshly crushed Oreos and chopped up cookie dough. It was creamy with large chunks of soft cookie dough and crunchy Oreo bites. Kudos to the workers at this Cold Stone Creamery. There are not many left, so when I went it was PACKED. The line went the length of the store and then snaked its way to (and shortly after we entered, out) the front door, yet they managed to keep the store running in a reasonably smooth fashion. Sure it's pricier than Carvel and Baskin Robbins but the ice cream has more flavor and texture than Carvel, and Baskin Robbins sucks, so if nutrition is the opposite of what you're looking for, check out Cold Stone Creamery. So last night at around 7:00 p.m. I ordered Cold Stone Creamery through Uber Eats. I ordered two of the same type of ice cream and one different one. When I opened the bag I noticed there were only two ice creams. I immediately called the Uber Eats driver to see if there was an extra bag and he said no he only grabbed what Cold Stone told him was my order. Cold Stone only made one of each different ice cream and of course forgetting mine. So I call Cold Stone to let them know they forgot to make one of the ice creams and all they could say was "Well if you want a refund it would have to be through Uber Eats." They couldn't just bring me the ice cream they forgot to make. He then told me if i wanted the ice cream I would have to come to the store and pick it up. Im purposely ordering it online, because of covid-19, so I do not have to come in contact with people and he tells me if I want what I correctly ordered (on the receipt and everything) I would have to come in and pick it up myself? If you have celiac disease or an allergy do not go here!!! The last 2 times I've gone here I've specifically told the person making my order I've had celiac disease & if they could grab fresh stuff from the back to make my order and they have messed up my order multiple times by taking ice cream from the front or taking toppings from the front and also not changing their gloves or using dirty scoopers. I dont like posting negative reviews, however, we have been ordering here through uber eats. They are so cheap with their portions. It's very frustrating. We had the vanilla ice cream with caramel, bananas and almonds. It was mostly vanilla ice cream with 3 tiny pieces of bananas and 5 pieces of almonds. We have been going to this Cold Stone Creamery location every Friday night, for about 2 years. Every single person that works there is friendly & they all work super fast, so the wait is never long!! Our favorite staff member, Angelina, knows our order, by heart and greets us with a big smile every time we come in. The owner works right beside his employees & you can see that it must be a great environment to work in! Do not be discouraged by the long line. Very disappointed in the coldstone. I went to this coldstone Sunday and not the icecream was melted it was very heavy and not creamy. At this specific location the employees are extremely rude and they all seem to be sweating all the time. The manger or store owner is too cheap to put ac on so the employees are sweating over your already melted icecream. It is 5 dollars for a medium size or a love it which I believe to be over priced for that size of icecream. If you were planning on going here I would choose another icecream place. I am disgusted with the customer service of this establishment. I was in the store at 10:45pm and they close at 11. Naturally some employers were cleaning up but they only had 1 person taking the orders for the 4 parties standing in line. Several of them ignored me for over 5 minutes.
