I have to admit I'm the person that chooses the smallest cup possible whenever getting ice cream. I'll tell you what though, yesterday I came ready and Cold Stone did not disappoint me in any way. I've came here before so I knew exactly where and parking is a breeze because its in a shopping plaza. I got a traditional french vanilla (YUM) but of course added some kit-kats, m&m's, and oreos. I thought they would be stingy, because most places are, but it was completely loaded from the inside out with the extras. I like how they mix em in entirely ! I typically see lines on sundays, luckily I got in and out and home quick. I've heard of service being a hit or miss here but I didn't come across anything bad myself. Not Sanitary. The employee attending me before completing my order she had me pay no problem for me . The thing is I usually pay with cash.she didn't wear gloves & didn't wash hands between any of the many costumers. She gives me my change coins & dollars from God knows where & proceeds to bare hand touch my ice cream cones to package it. This was so unsanitary to me. I can't understand handling food without gloves. Cold stone is always delicious! Just won't be eating my cones sadly & the service was ok I feel it could've been better / faster. Received the worst treatment ever. After taking my order I moved out of the way to keep my distance from everyone else. 1 minute later a unknown employee very rudely tells me " i didnt get your number for no reason. Go to your car". I understand the need to keep distance but would have appreciated to have being told to go to my car at the end of the order not after the next person is taking an order. 30 minute wait in the car with no call or text, when I go back and ask what happened, they could not find my order. Cold stone is about an average sized ice cream parlor that allows you to customize your ice cream to your liking. Quality The toppings are mixed in then and there so they don't get softened up by sitting in the ice cream for a long time. Quantity You're able to get about 3 add one anything after that is considered extra. The small size is a perfect size for a snack or you can have their largest cup if you want a lot of ice cream. Value Prices vary just keep in mind that extra topping cost extra depending on what you get. Their largest size is about 7 dollars and can be shared between two people. There's only really a 2$ difference or so between their smallest cup size and their biggest. Ambiance/Crowd There's some indoor chairs and outdoor chairs fo you to sit in. In regards to the crowd you'll see all ages I mean who doesn't like ice cream? Service The workers seem nice. Some just seem to be hating life. The one that attended us didn't ask what add one where wanted and put the ice cream in a wrong sized cup. After saying if she could add toppings she kind of gave a face all of this could've been avoided if you would've asked "anything else you want to have added on" instead of throwing it into a cup after each topping. OMG the smell of the fresh made waffle cones of this place drives me crazy. They have tempting ice cream flavors, with the combinations you want plus their own suggestions. Our favorite it's cake batter with crushed oreos and kit kat. The girl that made our ice cream was courteous and we even had a nice conversation. They have seating area inside and outside the store. Due to the Covid-19 I was not sure if they were open so I was attempting to call to gather that information. I called once and it rang for a few minutes to be "answered" and then hung up. I love sweets, chocolates, baked goods, and ice cream - so Cold Stone has all of these things. Is it the best ice cream in the world? No. But for quick and delicious ice cream blends it is hard to beat. The Founders Favorite, and Cookie Dough You Want Some are two of my favorites here, but choosing is always difficult. Service here is always nice, with people singing and putting on a smile regardless if you tip or not. The only thing that keeps me from coming here more is one, it is pretty out of my way, and two, I don't want to get diabetes. :) read more

Worst experience at a cold stone ever. There were a few others in front of us when we first walked in so we were expecting a little wait however when it got to our time to be served, no one greeted us and there were 6 workers behind the counter just walking around. After about 5 minutes I finally went up and asked if we were going to be served and the worker walked up and just looked at us and eventually just asked us what we wanted. They spoke with attitude as if we weren't asking for the bare minimum to just get served and they were specifically rude to my friend when he asked about different options for how the icecream could be served. Worst of all, they served me the wrong icecream and I hadn't realized until I left the store and they had closed. Really disappointing. read more

Everytime I walk into Coldstone, I swear I hear birds chirping, angels singing and there's complete happiness in my heart. This place is amazing! The flavors are 'deliciosos', but what really makes it an incredible experience is that you can add anything you can imagine to your ice cream! Now who doesn't love the idea of being able to add your favorite candy bar to your favorite ice cream flavor? The staff is great, super friendly and polite. I live in the area since 2004 and attend Cold Stone since it opened many years ago, with family and friends, and always had a good experience. It was today that I tried a new flavor ice cream that did not like at all and after the first spoon I asked if I could change it since I was not going to eat it. I was told by the manager Emma Ibarra that could not change and i would need to buy another if I would like to have another flavor... I really think it is not a good policy since it is not a big deal for the store to satisfy a recurrent customer once in so many years... well, I think that two scoops of ice cream for more than $6 could definitely call for an exception, specially if it did not satisfy a customer... a better customer service is required, and hope it does not happen to others... $6 wasted and end up paying more than $20 for two ice creams... bad experience. read more
