Worst cold stone ever..at 6 pm on a Friday there is no reason why there are 5 of the most popular flavors missing. In addition to that there was one girl behind the counter that was more entertained by her friends visiting which were standing at the counter talking about ultra (it was ten of them..no lie). There was a huge line with only one person. Then out of nowhere some guy comes out from the back who took my order. After waiting nearly 30 mins to get my ice cream, one of the workers overcharged me (I ordered a small) and they input it as a (medium). I was very upset of how little ice cream they put. I had like a few bites of it and it was gone. On top of that charging as a medium was a low blow. If I go back to that place and find that same worker there, I'm just going to say, I don't want you taking me order, I want someone else. read more

Love the ice cream and shakes from this place. I always get cookies and cream or just vanilla. It's small so it's not a place I would hang out and eat but I love just getting great ice cream and heading home which is like 1 minute away so that's great for me. read more

This Coldstone was very busy but the long line moved along well. The service was good and the ice cream was great. I had the Germanchocolatecake and my husband had the birthday cake ice cream. The "I like it" cup was more than enough ice cream. read more

I went to this cold stone recently to get ice cream for my family and i have no complains about the amazing ice cream, however i do have a complaint about their disgusting CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was horrendous. While we were waiting the ridiculously long line, someone spilled something all over the floor and customers were walking all over, until a customer told an employee to clean up the spill. An employee went and started cleaning it with what he said, and i quote, "a broken mop." Well he ended up making a bigger mess because not only was the water now all over the floor of the register he had also swept it underneath the counter to the other side where the employees were serving ice cream. After a couple of minutes of failed sweeping, he gave up and just put a caution sign. When it was our turn to order the employee that took care of us was not wearing gloves or a hairnet or even a hat. Then i noticed none of the employees wear wearing gloves but some had the decency to at least wear a hat. It was absolutely disgusting. When i was ordering my ice cream asked her to put another peanutbutter cup and in the middle of me asking her she turns around and completely ignores me to flirt with one of her co-workers and then turns around says "did u say something?" On top of that after every ice cream i ordered i would double check with my girlfriend to make sure i was getting the correct ones and one time i mispronounced one or i didnt say the correct name and she dramatically told me, "do you not know how to pronounce things, is that why you always ask her?" To summarizes this complaint i someone needs go tell them to be more sanitary and nicer to their customers. read more

Let me start off by stating that I created an account just to write this review. I love Coldstone, but my experience at this location is rarely good. The staff is never welcoming and make you feel guilty for walking in, as if they hate their jobs (I get it you're serving ice-cream but don't ruin it for everyone else). During my last visit I ordered an Everybody's size tub of ice-cream to keep at home for my family, while asking for the toppings the server insisted to only put one small 1 inch by 1 inch piece of pound cake to mix in for a TUB of ice-cream! I asked for more pound cake and he mentioned that it would be considered an extra topping. Moving on to the strawberries he put one little scoop of strawberries (equivalent to half of a strawberry cause they're broken into pieces) and said if I asked for more it would be extra. At this point I thought I was on some prank show cause I didn't believe what he was saying. According to him every scoop was consider 1 topping. Shouldn't the toppings be proportionate to the amount of ice-cream you're getting?! And this went on after 2 more toppings, one little dab of whip cream and so on... I normally order waffle bowls to take home but at this point I just wanted to leave. I tipped him out of pity. The ice-cream was barely mixed in and it was a disappointment $25 later. If you're able and willing to go to the location on 120th do so! I never have issues ordering, they're extremely nice and they don't lie about their store hours when you call. Do yourself a favor and avoid bad customer service when you want to enjoy some ice-cream. read more
