Really cute vibes and great service (friendly staff!), but to me it seems like the price is just really high for the coffee overall- probably priced for the location and tourism tax. That's just my opinion! I think they might use organic coffee so that's probably a factor but the prices posted on their large menu wall didn't seem accurate. It said medium lattes were $5.95 and I got a medium iced latte with a syrup (I knew there would be the standard up charge for a syrup) and it was $8.90 before I tipped. I also asked for whole milk in my latte and I'm pretty sure I was given their standard 2%. Very disappointed. Waited in a long line for this. I straight up saw her make the coffee and not put any syrup in there. I ordered a playa grande white mocha iced. This week, the place is dirty, ice cream freezers areas are gross with brown ice, understaffed, with only young guy scooping ice cream while at least one other doesn't speak English and can not interface with customers. Much smaller portions, and still wanted a tip. $30+ for a milkshake and undersized scoops of ice cream superimposed with a 45 minute line that wasn't that long! I'm quite disappointed with my service today, i know someone thats been here and has raved about the matcha served. I went and ordered a butterfly pea matcha and it came out and looked nothing like its advertised. We asked if it had matcha, and they said it's mixed in with the butterfly pea powder. I sat down to drink it and it had absolutely no matcha in it and tasted like straight milk. I went back in to show the worker the online pictures of what I expected it to be like and mentioned it didn't taste like matcha. She said it's mixed in and that they just make it look like that for photos and that she'd remake it. Came in afternoon to get a açaí bowl. Event though there was a bit of a crowd and the guy was on his own, he did a great job. We both made our own and they came out as ordered. They have a gluten free granola, but it's not very tasty. They do not have a nut free granola. They have quite a few ice cream selections and seem to be able to handle virtually any coffee order. This place needs to learn how to make milkshakes, or maybe I went on a day with workers that don't know how to make a milkshake? When I first arrived there was only me and another customer there and 1 worker behind the counter as soon as the other customer ordered like 4 people came in, while she was making that milkshake another worker came in and took over she didn't know how to make the shake. So I placed my order chocolate and a salted pretzel milkshake well she made my chocolate shake it was more like chocolate milk then the the other girl was finished with the shake and she took over my other order. When she brought my carmel shake to the register I asked if she could make it thicker it was like I was asking to remake everything well she dumped my chocolate milk in a blender added like 5 scoops of ice cream when she was done looked like she had 4 milkshakes in the blender. She poured 1 cup and it was a little thicker but not much then she dumped the rest down the sink, what a waste. I tasted my salted Carmel shake and it was like drinking a mouth full of sand she must have put 15-20 pretzels in it and ground them up to sand should have left them a little bit bigger so it was totally nasty DO NOT order. Five of us came here around 7:30pm on a Sunday. We were greeted by several friendly young staff members. The flavors we tried were Chocolate Moose Tracks, Butter Pecan, Moose Tracks, Praline & Cream, and one of us opted for a hot fudge sundae. The ice cream comes in tiny styrofoam cups (or you can get a cone), but the scoops they give you are pretty large. Single scoops were $3.50, double were $4.50 and triple were $5.25. There are complimentary water jugs on a shelf near the door if you need water. The cups are pretty tiny (and the water was slightly warm) but it does the trick if you need water. There are several tables outside to sit and enjoy your ice cream. Overall, we would return. The staff was friendly, we all enjoyed the ice cream, and the price was decent. read more

The crew working in here is really nice and helpful, allowing tastings of their different ice cream flavors. They have yummy ice cream and my kids enjoyed double scoops in waffle cones and hot chocolate drinks. They are enjoying the death by chocolate ice cream, and I tried theirs and liked that as well!
