I think this place isn't worth all the hype that it gets, that or I caught it on a bad day. I got the Cookie Monster cookies with cookie dough Icecream. Three words. Oh. My. God. This place is nuts. You can get a massive scoop of ice cream sandwiched between two cookies of your choice. What?? The inside is decorated cute. The place is an experience, I've definitely never encountered anything like it. It is on the pricey side as you can expect, and the line is usually always out the door. Ice cream and cookies are mediocre, but it is still good. It's definitely a "should try" but not a "I want to come back everyday" type place. *CELIAC / GLUTEN FREE REVIEW when I went, they had one GF cookie option left, fudge brownie, and three GF ice cream flavors: mint chip, old fashioned vanilla, and chocolate. we got the mint chip between the fudge brownie cookies with mini chocolate chips. SO yummy! very minty and chocolatey tho, so if that's not your thing - heads up. our server was very knowledgeable and they had precautions put in place - the cookies are stored separately in the back, they use new tubs of ice cream and fresh toppings also from the back to reduce CC. I did not get mine warmed up, as they are in press-ovens and they warned that CC risks were high. I did not get sick:) read more

This place was AMAZING! Warning sugar rush ahead. Choose you cookies, pick your ice cream and then your toppings. Son chose the traditional chocolate chip with cookie dish and m&ms. Made a mess but, ate every bit of it. I chose to get a chocolate chip bowl with vanilla ice cream and harm caramel. The cookie comes in a warm bowl. It was sooooo good. The shop is nice with seating inside and out. The counter staff was great, she was so welcoming and patient with allowing us to chose. Will definitely be back!!! read more

Saw some stories about this place before coming down here, so I wanted to check it out. It was excellent. It's a small little shop located in the Broadway at the Beach complex. It's pretty basic, you pick the top and bottom of your ice cream sandwich (cookies, brownies. Etc), then select the custom ice cream middle, then pick the toppings you want on it. The cookies were good, the ice cream was good, and the toppings were good. There was nothing to complain about, which for me is incredible, because I usually pick something that annoys me... but not this time. The staff were nice and did a good job. Used to live in Arizona and we used to have 2 Baked Bear locations. unfortunately sagger covid they were closed. That's been my favorite ice cream place over there I was SO SO SO happy to see it here. Brownie bowl is amazing! Warm and makes the ice cream melt on top - chefs kiss. During my week in MB I went there twice. First time during firework show and the brownie bowl was a bit crispy and dry but the second time during the day it was just as I remembered. Awesome! I forgot the name of the second cookie but it was crushed in that sitting. Very filling dessert and change to your typical cookies and ice cream combo. The kids wanted to try this location. We checked on their website and it said it was open until 10pm on Friday. We showed up at 9:15 and the guy inside locks the door as we were about to go in. The sign on the door says open until 10pm. I said to the guy thru the door it says 10pm and he just laughs at me and said nope, closing and continues mopping. There was another group behind me who wanted to go in and order. With that, not sure I would ever give this brand another shot. I think the franchisees might need to spend more time at their store, especially during busy times(like a Friday night). read more

We went in to get ice cream ($6.80 per scoop) we asked if they had Gluten Free Ice Cream, the lady behind the counter was instantly put off, tried to tell us the only sugar free ice cream they had was....I again said, do you have Gluten Free Ice Cream...she rudely said no, none of our ice cream is Gluten Free!! I said, you have several that should be Gluten Free (Sherbet, Sorbet), I just need to be sure as our Gluten Free's in our group could become deathly ill. She went to the case, slammed the locking mechanism to free the tub, so the label could be read. We read the label, which in fact showed it was Gluten Free. There were other flavors that we wanted to inquire about, but because she was so rude, our whole group decided to go somewhere else. Without making an ice cream purchase, we all left. If your employee is this rude to adults that come in, I hate to think of how she treats children that come in. So disappointed in your amazing on the outside business!

They make liege waffles (never noticed that before!) and this one was topped with brownie batter ice cream, brownie bites, chocolate covered pretzels, whipped cream, and caramel. Absolutely scrumptious. Look, it's pricy here, but they do a great job and it's something that everyone will get a kick out of. We do crazy mason about 1-2 times a year and that's enough for us probably. If you haven't been, it's worth bringing the family when everyone has saved a lot of room for dessert. Something you'll all remember for a long time.

I worked here before and the owners son sexually harassed me, asked me to give him sexual favors, spoke aloud on company time about customers and employees breasts and other body parts. He let in 10 grown men into the store after hours to appease them and put us both in a dangerous situation. Don't let your daughter or any young adult female take a job in this awful work environment. The owner excuses his disgusting behavior. Also, those very young girls working with food (in my experience, during my time there) barely change their gloves in between orders. Unsanitary and unsafe work environment. read more
