Cold stone is really good ice cream, and this location has the local ice cream market cornered. Lots of ingredients to choose from, and the base flavors are all very good. The only down side is that it doesn't travel very well (it has to be soft in order to mix the toppings in), so skip the cone if you have more than a couple of miles to drive. Also, every now and then the toppings can be a bit stale, but hit the mark most of the time. read more

Exceptional, and by that I mean rude. A few of the workers there just stared at me as I walked in and when I approached the counter. When I arrived at the counter the girl working was giving me a look as if I was unwanted and bothering her. I had to start the conversation. "Im ready, " I say, she then replies "Size?" That normally doesnt bother me because people have off days but as soon as she is done with the order she drops the cup to the counter rather than handing it to me. Looks at me and tells me the total. I then said, "have a good night," worker gives me a glance and walks away. Extremely rude and unappreciated. read more

When I feel like an ice-cream splurge, Cold Stone is the way to go. I've been to this location plenty of times and usually get something with chocolate and peanut butter. The service is usually fast and friendly here, but since it's small, the line can occasionally get long. read more

Really giving the rating based on the fact that they have Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory now. They don't make it clear on where you are supposed to line up to order. You would think they didn't know they sell the apples or chocolate at all. Why bother joining the businesses if you aren't going to train your employees on the product they are selling. Went here with my children and I must say the employees were very nice and personable. The ice cream is delightful. The frap was perfect , very nice place for a sweet treat . The only thing I would like to see is that the place had a little more seating or if it were bigger because they have a high volume of people every time I'm there other then that it's a nice experience. read more

I love love love cold stone but, I don't understand why they don't wear hair nets?! NO ONE. Not one person had on a hair net.

The ice cream is super awesome, and they also donate coupons to schools, which is very nice. I gave it a one because they REALLY need to fix the way they serve families. I brought my family there for my birthday. I let them all order first because I didn't know what I wanted. Instead of having the three workers serve each of my family members together, only one girl served our entire family of 7. So, all these other smaller families that entered AFTER us ordered, were served, and paid before they finished with me. By the time I joined my family (ten minutes later), they were almost finished. My dad, in fact, was already completely done eating. It takes a long time for one person to scoop, mix, and serve each person. They should have had all three workers working on one family. So, my birthday party at Cold Stone was a bummer. We will continue to go there when it's just me and the kids, but we won't return with large groups. So not fun on your birthday!!! read more

Ok so I love the ice cream here and usually the service but last night I encountered the most rude and condescending service I have ever had I mean who argues with a 8 year old on how to pronounce sorbee seriously if she want s to call it sorbet oh well and then he proceeded to talk back and down to us when asked to put it in a cone he said a hand one or a bowl really a cone u hold in your hand. For my first time trying cold stone it was great. The service was outstanding. I was actually surprised by how nice the employees were. I tried the dark chocolate peppermint and it was delicious. I see that they also sell cupcakes so ill be sure to try those next time. read more

Cold stone ice cream is creamy yummy and delicious!!! So many different flavors and their all great!!!

Ive been coming to this coldstone for years, have never had a problem coming here, other than that plain cake batter is the best and would recommend to all if you havent tried it. Parking can be tight espicially at peek hours, but there is parking on the sides and back of the shopping plaza. read more
