This review is for Leslie!!! Hands down a great employee. I hope the establishment recognizes her work because the employees are vital to a thriving business. I've had two different encounters in this shop and one was mediocre but Leslie made up for the inconvenience I experienced prior. This menchies is clean. Shout out to Leslie for wiping the chairs down as we were arriving to the shop. The frozen yogurt is Good but be careful because sometimes their machines are not working properly. The establishment is kept very clean. Yogurt machines and the topping station is kept very pristine. I think that's due to the staff working on Sunday. I usually see staff on their phone when business is slow, but not this one. If she's not tidying up the service area after the customers, she's looking around the dinning area to see if everything is ok. Hence the quick response when my child spilled his water. I have been coming here with my family for years and it's been great the staff is amazing the owner is so nice and love that his mom comes in to help too! This are a lot different with covid, but this place is still awesome! Someone gets your yogurt and puts whatever toppings you want instead of it being self serve! The guy who helped us was super nice and patient as we took our time deciding. One tip I would mention is to have a list of all the toppings on a bulletin closer to the barrier, I had to squint to see all of the toppings that were far away. I went to Menchies at the mall and Savannah was outstanding. She was so friendly and greeted every customer with a smile. There was quite a line last Wednesday in the evening and there was another worker there who was not helping the customers but Savannah provided excellent customer service to me and my family so we will return again soon. She moved us through the line quickly and very professionally. I personally would have been upset having to do it all by myself and I believe at one point I saw her tell the other girl that there was a line and while I was there the other girl never came to help.
