Unhappy overly made up employee made me a horrible ice cream mix, using the bare minimum with the toppings and rolling her eyes at me when I asked if she could add more... then proceeds with that's extra.... The customer service is really suck. I walked in with my friend and the workers just completely ignored us. Then their friends walked in and they acted totally opposite. Terrible store, terrible service. They started serving 6 people behind us, then finally this guy offered to help us he leaves and disappears. When I finally gave my order huh, they had run out of vanilla. I was pissed by then, went to pay for one if them and huh the register was locked by another transaction. I asked how do you run out of vanilla and was told by seriously attitudes teenager that "it was the most popular flavor". I said exactly how do you run out of vanilla???? This is my favorite Cold Stone location. I came in on a Friday night with my daughter. She couldn't make up her mind as to what she wanted. The young lady behind the counter, said her name was Sarah, offered for her to taste the ice cream. She was so patient with her. If you've never been to Cold Stone, the inside is pretty small so the line forms fast. But Sarah kept her patience! Definitely will be back! read more

This Cold Stone Creamery has to be my favorite i've been to. Right as soon as you walk through the doors you're welcomed by the staff. My server, Valentina, was pretty helpful as i was ordering. Although i've been to the cold stone here in omaha a billion times, i still have a hard time trying to figure out what to choose from since there's so much that's offered. She asked what flavors i usually like in my ice cream and i said i love strawberry. She recommended i try the strawberry blonde. By far my favorite ice cream flavor now! When everything was wrapped up and as i was walking out, i couldn't help but to leave a great tip. If you're looking for good ice cream with excellent service, this is the place to go. read more

Went to Cold Stone for some ice cream on a Sunday night. Arrived at 9:51pm. Walked in and instead of being greeted with a "Hello", we were greeted with "We're not mixing anything. We close in 5 minutes." Store closes at 10 pm, which would mean there was 9 minutes to close. Left the store without purchasing a cold great because the point of a Cold Stone ice cream, is the concoction you can create. Not to mention, they ended up closing their doors at 9:56pm, despite their 10pm posted closing time. Highly disappointed with the service of the careless teenagers. Was celebrating my wedding anniversary and skipped dessert at he restaurant to get a custom treat. What a let down! read more

Today I went into cold stone and me and my friend were absolutely astonished by the horrible customer service at your location. We were spitting an ice cream and the short browned hair girl asked us a question and misunderstood our answer then said "that's literally what I just asked" in a condescending tone of voice. We were shocked by how completely rude she was and she could tell. Then she continued to shake her head in disgust at us as if we were in the wrong when it was her who was completely being rude and out of line!!! I went to cold stone last night (5/29/18) with a friend. I was surprised when I was eating my banana ice cream and found TWO hairs in my ice cream. Absolutely repulsing and most definitely hasto be against health code. I will NOT be returning to this location any time soon. Hair doesn't go very well with ice cream. Most annoying ColdStone experience, and I love most of them. The older cashier in an orange/red shirt (non standard dress code, so I assume manager or owner) screamed at the top of his lungs every 15 seconds "tip tip hurray" or "give me a hollar thanks for the dollar" after every purchase. This is literally the smallest Cold Stone I've been to with no chairs or counters, and yet the place was packed with about 30 people, standing room only, line out the door. By the time I got through the line I endured his yells for tips about 15 times, ending with a headache. This guy must be hard of hearing based on his volume level. Also I asked for two ice creams to be mixed, and they literally put them on the cold Stone for 1 second without mixing and into the cup. Never seen that happen before, they always actually mix then. They were out of Oreo topping and several others (which they should show you on a sign because you order your ice cream first thinking you know what topping you will add). Overall worthy of a 1 star cold Stone experience. They are in one of the best locations in AZ, so people will just keep coming... But I won't. At least please stop yelling at customer's for tips! FYI: The prices here are much higher than other Cold Stone locations. read more
