I was running late the day I was to pick it up but he was nonplused and brought everything to the car. It had all been fully chilled so I didn't have to worry about it 'melting' before I got to the party, All the guests were very complimentary about the look and taste of both the cake and the cupcakes. Ordered a 2 tier Mexican themed cake for my grandmas 100th bday! The bottom was a lemon cake with raspberry filling and buttercream frosting. I had to save the fish for later because I didn't want to cut into them. They were able to take the sketch and reference photos I gave them and make it real. I asked several other bakeries for quotes, and I would have either paid twice as much, or I would have either had to order a month in advance for basic designs.
