Strawberry Banana Rendevouz (substituted white chocolate chips out for oreos and the sweet cream ice cream for french vanilla)

I would normally rate chains that I like that I feel are too expensive as a 3-star, but the service at this place has been so consistently awesome I can't. For people who aren't familiar with Cold Stone, you pick a base ice cream and toppings to go in it. They have a lot of great pre-determined mixes called Signature Creations. We usually take one of them that overall looks really good and make minor changes. I usually go for strawberry banana rendevouz (another name for it: fruit stand rendevouz), but the white chocolate chips are kind of annoying so I substitute that out for graham crackers or oreos.

I love the cake batter flavour with Oreos and brownies mixed in. Although this place is quite small, I was very happy to have my post-meal dessert here. The portions were quite big for me, so I would recommend sharing with a friend if you don't want too much!

Pros: They've had the same flavors forever. Cons: They've has the same flavors forever. On one hand, I love that it can go in and get the apple pie a la cold stone, or the cheesecake fantasy, both of which I fell in love with as a child. Why fix what isn't broken? On the other hand, if you're feeling adventurous and looking to try something unique you've never heard of before, you're not going to find it here. All in all, I'm a Cold Stone fan. I like knowing that they'll have exactly what I'm craving, and it will taste exactly as I remember it.

Cold Stone has so many flavors that to be ought to be the standard for all ice cream...Cookie dough that actually captures the flavor of cookie dough instead of being vanilla with cookie dough chunks, dairy-free options that are as rich and delicious as the regular kinds, signature creations that are the most perfect combinations of ice-creams and mix-ins you could dream up. Plus, they've topped the classic punch card system by using an electronic point system where all you have to do is type in your phone number at the checkout and it automatically adds the points from your purchase on to your running total. I'm convinced that cold stone is worth every cent it costs and more, and I think you will believe that more and more, too, with every bite of the delectable ice cream you purchase.

All the high schoolers here are rude. And the cherry on top is I found a hair in my ice cream.

I paid for extra almonds and they gave me peanuts ‍ Literally the worst experience. I would never recommend.

Not a bad Cold Stone location. I was a little disappointed with how dirty the ALL the tables were, but the ice cream was mixed well and I received a sizable portion. Good location!

Nathan was holding down the fort all by himself at 11pm, and was working super hard. Very pleased with the service and ice cream.

I saw their post on Instagram that they had a Dubai Chocolate flavor for the week, so I decided to make the trip to try it. I got that one and the Passion Fruit--both were tasty! The puffs are generously filled and not overly sweet, which I really appreciated. The regular puffs cost around $3, while the special flavors are about $4 each. I do think they're a bit expensive, and though yummy, they're not quite worth that much for a small piece of cream puff. The shop itself is cozy and clean, and the staff member was friendly and helpful. I also liked that they offer online ordering and takeout, which makes it easy to grab a box to go.

It was super clean and we liked how the display case showed the puffs and their description so you have an idea of what to expect. My man really enjoyed the passion fruit cream puff, it had a lot of flavor and the passion fruit tasted fresh and didn't taste artificial at all. I really enjoyed the Aloha Puff and reminded me of a similar dessert from back home in Hawaii. It's similar to Liliha Bakery's cream puff from Hawaii. It wasn't overly sweet, the macadamia frosting was smooth and buttery and paired so well with the chocolate filling! The cream puffs were filled so generously, you got cream in every bite and they aren't small either! Too bad we're an hour away, but we're definitely stopping by next time we're around the area!

Says she'll help me shortly. She's lovely, honestly, and can't explain wtf was wrong with girl who doesn't understand you can place orders on the cold stone website. Smart, sweet girl looks for my made order and nope, not made. Apparently they are out of mint ice cream. She can't list the flavors they do have. but the next two flavors I try to pick they are out of. Such flavors as chocolate and one of the vanillas. Seriously?! They finally are making my order at this point, so that's a plus. Then she motions me over and tells me the fancy waffle bowls I paid for (x2) aren't in stock. In fact, al they have are the plain waffle bowls. More money wasted to not get what I want. In the end, out of $14 of ice cream plus waffle bowls, plus the $3 tip I stupidly gave online, I got literally 0 items I ordered and paid for, and I had to wait 20 minutes at the shop to get them. Cool.
