    Dole whip $1.50
    Jennifer H.

Dole whip only review. Can't go wrong with a $1.50 dole whip. Pineapple or mango. Or twist them together. Taste like Disneyland but a 1/3 of the price. Large portion too. Get one and go shopping. Excellent service. Small little joint connected to the Provo Beach Resort.

Delicious, I did not have any expectation but it was way better than what I thought, will eat thousands times again.

Cookies and cream kid cone, poorly received, vastly disappointing
    Corinne M.

Horrible. I've eaten no-brand icecream from walmart that was 10x better than this. That being said, this is a great spot for the kiddos cause it's low quality, inexpensive ice cream, and their taste buds can't tell the difference. Even then, we should have just taken them to McDonalds.

I thought it was also nice that they had dietary restriction friendly options for those who are keto, gluten free, or vegan. I actually ended up trying one of the sugar free options because the flavors sounded really yummy! I wasn't in the mood for a heavy loaded up cup, but those looked incredible too. I stopped by on a late Saturday afternoon and the space was pretty quiet and chill. The staff members were so incredibly kind and helpful when I was making my decision. They also made it really easy to transport back home. I ended up going with the sugar free butter toffee. This was the first time I've seen sf options at an ice cream shop and unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations. For the most part my experience with sugar free options has been great, but this was completely devoid of any flavor. I'm almost wondering if the sf flavors are a gimmick to make you feel like you're choosing, when in actuality they just whip up cold milk. Part of the experience is they make the ice cream in front of you, but aside from adding a little stevia I'm not sure what all went into my ice cream. When I got home and tried a scoop it just tasted like whole milk. I was super disappointed because I got a large! I'm torn between giving the sf option another shot or just writing it off forever. It was my first time trying Sub Zero, so I'm sad this was my first impression. Besides the flavorless taste, the texture is fun and almost reminds me a little of dippin dots. Overall, torn on my decision to try this place again or not. There's so many good dessert options around, so I guess we'll see. I still think it's a place you should try at least once, but order the sf options at your own risk!

I've never been to the Creamery before, but I will definitely come back!…read more I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, and it was quite tasty. There are a few different stations with condiments and other sandwich toppings (including fry sauce), so it's a bit much to navigate, but it allows you to top your sandwich however you like. I also stole a few fries from my daughter, and they were delicious. After dinner, we got ice cream. I tried the chocolate Graham Canyon--two thumbs up! We also bought a few other things (cookies and cream milk, chocolate chip banana bread), and everything was yummy. The wait is very long for both food and ice cream, and somehow there aren't enough tables (even though there are a lot of them). It's quite crowded, too. But it's a fun and cheerful space, and it seems like a spectacular spot for students on campus to meet up and have fun.

Wow. This new Creamery has really upgraded the experience…read more Same great ice cream, but more workers mean the lines move faster. Same grill. Same grocery except it is larger and more a legit complete grocery store. Some departments are smaller than a regular grocery store, like the produce section, but still offers plenty. The outdoor patio seating is great. Heating lamps for cold days and they have misters installed for the hot days. Nice lights for evenings and nights. Parking is still a big challenge. More parking, but it is very narrow between the rows. I didn't park my truck there because of it. But parking is accessible at the Music School across the street for a very easy walk. At this visit I had the raspberry cream cheese--it was really good! And of course, I had to buy two bottles of Cookies and Cream milk to take home. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

What a lovely ice-cream shop! This place was a lifesaver after we had the absolute worst dinner…read morewe've had in years up the block at Sportelli's. At least we ended the night on a good note! If you get the ``jar'' size, you get a nice classy mason jar with a handle to take home. It was such a good portion, three of us were easily able to split it: 16oz of biskoff ice cream, nutella/sprinkle rim, and freshly baked brownie that they cut from their tray and placed up top. It wasn't crazy expensive either, maybe around $17 with tip, which for a dessert so massive and satisfying that a party of 3 can split it, it was really reasonably priced. The clerks were also really cool and helpful. After we finished eating, they even traded us our sticky empty jar for a clean one, so that we could take it home without getting the car all gross lol. Much appreciated! Definitely would go back any time in Provo.

The Coconut Pistachio didn't have much pistachio flavor--mostly coconut--but it was still refreshing. The Fudge Chocolate was the standout for me: rich, smooth, and satisfying without being overly sweet. One thing I really appreciate is that you get to sample flavors before buying. It's super helpful if you're indecisive or just curious about something new. I went around 5 on a Saturday, and thankfully it wasn't crowded, so I didn't feel rushed. The server was super friendly and helpful--patient with questions and generous with samples, which made the experience even better. Inside, they've got some games on the tables, which adds a fun, laid-back vibe. It's a great spot for date nights or casual hangouts. I'd definitely come back to try more flavors, especially if the BOGO deal is still going.
