BEWARE - This place knowingly charged customers whatever they want for a tip. We went in on July 27th. Had 2 like it bowls, one with an additional mixin and one waffle bowl. Total was 22.15, gave a 2 dollar tip. Didn't realize it until I looked at my bank statement and realized that somehow the tip was entered as 24.15. Mind you in order give this much of a tip, you would have ti to physically type in that amount, which is something, clearly I'd remember. Called and spoke to the manager who said he would refund the mistake. Never did. Called back and spoke to another employee a few days later who openly admitted this happens all the time to customers, and she'd have the manager call me back to address it. Never did, Sent a message to corporate, never got a a response. So many better places out there for ice cream than this shady dishonest place. If you do go, be forewarned and check your receipt right to make sure you weren't over charged. read more

We come here on occasion as we live nearby. It's always good and it never seems to be too crowded. However, last time we were in (2 weeks ago or so) it appeared they were putting in a new floor and lighting, and the material and trash from this was just strewn about in no organized manner. Uneven, partially ripped out floors and empty boxes of can lights all over. That said, we recommend this place, but won't be back until after the completion of the work they're doing. read more

My favorite flavor here is their mint ice cream with chocolate chip mix ins. Their cheesecake flavor is pretty good too. I find the creations can be too many flavors combined, but having a simple one flavor/mix in combo is perfect. read more

Was in the area and hella excited to find a cold stone that wasn't downtown where I'd rather not park. We were the only customers in there so I had great service. I had the cheesecake fantasy - like it/small (it was good... not too sweet). My girl friend had the Germanchokolate (it was very good and very sweet). Haven't been in a while, so not too sure if this is a true problem with this location or not. Took the family for ice cream on Father's Day and as soon as we stepped in we noticed a problem. It was hotter inside than outside and that was saying a lot considering it was already a sweltering 90+ degrees outside. The young girl behind the counter made a statement that the air hasn't been working for a long time and that apparently the owners don't want to fix it. As we were waiting for her to make all our ice creams, 6 in total, I noticed several free standing a/c units in the store. They were obviously not capable of handling the heat produced by the freezer unit. By the time we all had our $30+ ice creams and left they were all melted and nasty. And I concur with previous reviews that there just isn't enough ice cream for the price we are paying. I got the medium, but it was more of a small. I will be writing to corporate, as I feel this is a poor example of what this business should and has been. Plus those three teenagers that were working that day, should never have to work in those conditions. Have been standing in your lobby for almost 10 minutes at the order pickup and have yet to even be acknowledged. Both of your employees have made eye contact with me yet failed to ask me what I needed. How do you train your employees because they need to be retrained in proper customer service. You don't just ignore people standing in your lobby. I've already paid for my order and could have walked in and gotten it faster than ordering ahead. Edited to add you should probably tell your employees to not being wearing AirPods while they're working. Competently unprofessional. read more

I don't have a Coldstone by me, so I forget pretty quickly how much I love this place. After having sushi with some friends last night, we all decided it was a good plan to skip dessert at the restaurant and stop at Coldstone for some ice cream on the way home. I went with the Pie Who Loved Me and my husband went for All Lovin No Oven. I don't really like a ton of chocolate, so I asked for it without the fudge. I love the cheesecake ice cream but I'm glad that I went for the smallest size because it was pretty rich. My husband enjoyed his just as much too and he's not really a dessert guy. My friend had some coupons in her purse, so we saved a lot of money! The two guys working the counter were super friendly and the manager (I assume he was the manager) told us that we could still use the coupon even though it was only for 1 mix-in. They're serving up ice cream, so you know it's gonna be great, but I appreciate that they care about good customer service too. read more

First time at cold stone and boooy was I hooked from the beginning with that cheesecake ice cream. Lawd!!! It is sooo good. I can't remember the cashiers name who opened on 3/23 but I do know.. Cold Stone needs to keep her on payroll. she made the experience awesome. She was knowledgeable about everything in the store. She was helpful in answering any questions. She made sure we were getting the better deal on what we were buying. She was friendly as ever and very inviting. I think we stayed as long as we did because her energy was so good. GIANT thank you to the staff at this location. I forgot my purse there on Sunday, and didn't realize it was missing until Tuesday morning. I went in right when they opened and they had it! Just went into this Cold Stone location, my husband and I go here about once a month. Tonight we got two like it sizes. I was pretty disappointed in the amount I got. Usually get more ice cream, especially for the price you pay. We paid over $13 for these two. Also stated we wanted our ice cream to go- the guy didn't give us spoons, napkins, or a bag. I love your smoothies. However, you always seem to be out of smoothie mix. It seems I'm always told, "sorry, we are out of smoothie mix." I've literally been told this four times in the last week at two separate locations, in the same day. You're an ice cream shop that has smoothies on your menu. So either your employees over there dont want to make it for some reason, or whomever is in charge of inventory is failing at stocking a $5.50 a pop product. My suggestion would be, if it's is not a good seller, then remove it from the menu so I can accept the loss of my favorite smoothie and move on. It's just not smart buisness. read more

This store has horrible customer service. Every time I go they are out of brownies and it is not even close to closing time. Today I was there and there was 1 person working, she was taking the Uber eats orders (I assume) and 3 people ahead of me and she never acknowledged us nor even asked us to wait and minute. I asked her if there was anyone else working and she said no she was alone. That is insane. Every time I go there this location is busy and I am always waiting 15+ minutes. Today was my limit and I left. If this location is going to use Uber eats they need more then one person working during a shift. I now remember why I stopped going to this location. read more

The folks serving you are nice. They do the best they can to make eating here a great experience. The problem I have with the chain in general is their ice cream has a consistency and mouth feel of Custard instead of premium ice cream. My other complaint is they don't have chocolate sauce. The ice cream is excellent, but the servers are not. Today, I went to the shop where a red headed woman served us (I describe the woman with hopes she will see and treat customer better). She talked down to us when we ordered and gave us dirty looks and shook her head when we got the "love it size" instead of the "gotta have it size" which she INSISTED we have. She also charged us 50¢ for an extra empty cup so I could split the ice cream between my children. As I sat down to eat my ice cream, I saw she treated other customers this way. Other experiences have been the same, for example, last Saturday, a special needs woman was brought to work by an employee, who obviously could not find someone to watch her, which is absolutely fine, and understandable. However, the women was screaming things like "CLOSE IT!", "CLOSE THE WATER!" "HEY, HEY, LOOK, COME HERE!" To the server for HALF AN HOUR. It was awful, she did not stop screaming for even 1 minute, however, the server was actually a decent person, and also very apologetic.(unlike the red head) read more

What an unfortunate experience. I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday with very specific instructions. I went in person to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and went thru it step by step. I even brought the staff a product of the exact color I was looking for. I watched her write iced in HOT PINK. The clerk said the owner decorates the cake so certainly the owner is going to put 100% effort into the product. As it turns out when i picked it up a week later it was not even remotely what I ordered. It was iced in light pink and the way I asked for it to be decorated was not so. I sent my husband so naturally he didn't even know what I ordered, We had no choice tho, eat it or tell my 7 year old sorry but your having no cake at your birthday party. You could tell the person decorating the cake literally has no idea how to decorate a cake. The roses which i didn't want on my cake were god awful. And when I emailed to let them know I was unhappy they did NOTHING to get the bad taste out of my mouth. All I got was a response of thanks for being so honest... lol really? Doesn't my complaint warrant any type of response to keep me coming back? Apparently not. It tasted okay but was not great. I won't be back. I might have gave them another chance if they had offered a partial refund or even just a free cup of ice cream to show they cared about keeping customers. Order your cake elsewhere. read more
