Mother's Day nightmare today!! Over 40 minute wait for orders placed online in advanced outside. Complete chaos. 35 people waiting outside. A sign on the door "saying walk ins welcome" and when walk ins would stand in line and be ignored for 15 minutes they would then be told they are not taking any orders even though their display case is full. I was told come back at 2 when they are less busy for walk in orders so since I was free I decided to come back (I also placed an online order that I waited 40 minutes for and had picked up earlier) and was told rudely no new orders. Even though I was told to come back at two and the display case was full and they were Way less busy! No apologies at all! I'm sure this store has done Mother's Day before? Why weren't people in all last night preparing these orders? Either way they weren't organized, were rude about walk-ins, Posted walk-ins welcome when they weren't and waisted a lot of people's time. read more

I just recently (10 min ago) learned that this store was located by my house. I made a mad dash and got there right at closing. See, its my best friends birthday and her brother passed away so what better way to celebrate and show condolences then with chocolate chocolate chip and red velvet cake! The girls in the store were extremely helpful and gave me suggestions on what to get. They are teenaged girls who smiled, were courteous, and friendly. They offered a sample of red velvet as soon as I walked in the door instead of giving attitude that I came in at closing. Their manager, Chris, was amazing!!! I have never been to a more welcoming establishment! It's clean and smells wonderful. The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't accept Groupon deals. They should change the name to Nothing Bundt Awesomeness! My first experience with them was at local vendor show. I was leaving and decided to grab a couple. The red velvet was crazy good. The double chocolate was good but, a bit rich for me. From that point, I was hooked! Since then, I've also tried the carrot cake, pumpkin spice and turtle. However, I gravitate more towards the red velvet. My daughter loves the lemon which I will have to try next. Each time, the cakes have been fresh, moist and delicious. The frosting to cake ratio is on point. I love that they occasionally run 'buy one get one' coupons! Watch Facebook to find them. With each visit, the service has been exceptional. We got introduced to this heavenly delight from friends of ours after we stopped for an after dinner treat at their home, and we just had to make our own trip shortly thereafter.
