First time at Cold Stone and it was more than just okay. Very good high quality ice cream with a veriety of different add on items. My choice was Coffee Lovers Only: Coffee Ice Cream with Roasted Almonds, Heath® Bar and Caramel it was fabulous. Service was friendly, efficient in spite of the large crowd. Would definitely stop there again in the future.

Terrible customer service manager did not call back after multiple calls. Previous owners were fantastic all done with this store.

I understand ice cream in the middle of a New England winter may not make sense to some.

I am all for new trendy vibey establishments but there's something so special about that old school classic vibe. There is so much attention to detail when the branding was designed that mustn't be over looked. The owners are also outstanding humans and constantly giving back to the community and supporting Local fundraisers. The staffing is usually on the younger side but I can appreciate a young teenager that wants to get out there and work in the community. Social interaction is super important in one's growth and you get to experience that first hand the more often you visit. I have always had great experiences, and I believe the owners are doing things right when they are interviewing and finding goo staffing. You can tell Mel has a passion for baking/culinary/sweets and provides an absolute top notch experience. From sundaes to ice cream flights and even big kahuna challenges, there is literally something for everybody. The menu is forever changing with seasons and customer input :) I tend to bring my young boys in for a small treat on the summer weekends when we're in downtown Westerly. We purposely plan on getting there at opening which is noontime. At that time of day they are much slower than later on into the evening. This allows my picky/indecisive boys to try a few flavors before committing to something. They can also perouse all the candy/ sweet treats, which they will inevitably convince me to get something to take home with them. I highly recommend stopping in for an after dinner sundae after a nice dinner at one of the other local dining establishments Cheers *****Spoiler alert. I cannot wait to see the finished product of the step side ice cream/sweet treat truck, coming to a town near you***

The person that was behind the counter was completely immersed in the latin song that was on the radio. The decor has 1950's decorations but no 1950's music. She was unkept herself. The shake, not good at all, bland and did not ask if I wanted whipped cream, the service crappy. Need to update the facility and get help that wants to be there.

A rainy day calls for going out for breakfast, and in this case, it was Nana's. We were staying at…read morean Airbnb nearby and our host recommended this place, so we decided to try it out. The GPS led us to a parking lot, with a good number of spots and Nana's was 20 steps away. They do have a patio with a few tables but because it was raining, we went straight inside. When we arrived, there were only a couple parties seated, but by the time we were mid-way through our meal / leaving, the place was packed. Our server helped us with understanding some of the items on the menu and also warned us about some of the iteme they didn't have, like pepperoni, mushrooms, and donuts. With that in mind, we ordered risotto balls to start and the pesto egg and cheese sandwich (baked fresh eggs, pesto, cheddar cheese, lemon aioli, brioche roll) and Dijon and lemon chicken salad sandwich (slow roasted chicken thighs, lemon aioli, herbs, local greens, pickles, and side of fries) for the main meals. The Yaupon iced tea caught our attention since it has indigenous tea with rotating fruit fusion so we ordered one just to try it. The risotto balls came out a little sooner than the other items. We loved the crispy outside, but not a huge fan of the inside since it was mostly risotto with not enough cheese or something to glue it all together. The sauce tasted like a fancy marinara - it was tart, lightly sweet, but a tad acidic and herby too. In our minds, we imagined our main plates looking differently, but I think it was mostly because we didn't do a good job of reading the menu. The pesto sandwich was good. The eggs reminded us a lot of a quiche-spongey and light. It did not have a strong pesto flavor. The roll seemed homemade; it was good and airy. The Dijon lemon chicken salad sandwich was okay. The chicken thighs chunks were tender, and I could definitely taste the pickles, lemon, and Dijon. I think it needed more salt or even something sweet to balance out the acidic flavors. The bread was well toasted. The fries were delicious with the right amount of salt, crispiness, and variety. The iced tea was not our favorite as it tasted overly sweet which might've removed any fruit flavor. The staff was very attentive, they have lots of tables and high chairs to choose from, and lots of natural sun coming through the large windows.

Donuts are good, baked goods are really good as well. The atmosphere is cute and the service is good. It was a little pricey, which is my one negative. I think the salad was like $21 and it was not very big. Still good though.

Our planner recommended them, and after comparing menus from other vendors, Blue Rocks stood out with their creative options and emphasis on fresh, local ingredients. We booked a tasting with our chosen dishes and were blown away--the food was better than restaurant quality, and our only hope was that they could replicate it on the big day. They absolutely delivered! The hand-passed appetizers on the Fort Adams lawn were a huge hit--especially the bacon-wrapped dates, scallops, and mini hot lobster rolls. Dinner was equally amazing, and impressively served hot and fresh despite the challenges of an outdoor venue. Our planner, who has attended countless tastings, even commented that it was some of the best catering she had ever experienced. Highly recommend Blue Rocks to cater your wedding or event, Katie was awesome, making everything easy and taking control over any and all requests, big or small! Thank you so much!

I will certainly continue to recommend them to everyone who is looking for a caterer. That said, this was a second wedding (both of us in our 70's) and most of the planning fell upon us. I didn't have to worry about a thing at the wedding. Noelle was terific. Everything was just as we had pictured it at the ceremony and reception. It was perfect. I hope I can work with her again as we plan a few family events in the future
