As I am about to order the ice cream, the kid making the to go orders decided he wanted to try to ice cream he just made. He took a sample spoon tried the ice cream, I thought at first maybe he's just seeing if it taste okay. He then proceeded to take the same spoon and get another bite.. this is all happening on the stone where they make everyone's ice cream. I contacted the store they ignore the email. After I had to contact corporate the store manager emailed me and I have attached the email. It's unsanitary and I couldn't order ice cream after that. read more

First time at this location for many years due to the horrific parking situation. This Cold Stone shares a parking lot with several big restaurants including a Publix. They offer many signature creations like Birthday Cake Remix, Chocolate Devotion, Oreo Overload and Founder's Favorite. Togo ice cream pints are a customer favorite. Today, I ordered a small vanilla ice cream cup with two toppings for about $7.95. Several years ago the Gotta Have It size was $6.45 - crazy inflation. Ice cream is my favorite dessert and no secret that Cold Stone is my favorite in Florida! So, after an old fashioned milk run of a Saturday evening, all I wanted was a cup of the Founder's Favorite. This creamery is conveniently located on the border of Weston and Southwest Ranches, in a strip mall on Weston Road and Griffin. There are several restaurants, a couple of banks, a Publix, and a few shops surrounding it. They serve up a good share of ice cream, shakes, ice cream cakes and cupcakes, and other treats. It was quite busy and the three associates there were friendly and quick to serve, but it was hard to stand in line from the smell of bleach they utilized at some point to mop the floors. I've been called a bloodhound, but other customers reacted upon entering as well. Additionally, the one table and chairs outside was not only dirty, but soaked from the misaligned sprinklers--and yes--shooting onto the sidewalk throughout the perimeter. What a shame--it would have made for a fantastic experience. Hope to be back and be able to update my review with a higher rating, but as far as mami's coffee ice cream and my FF, they were very satisfying! read more

I love cold stones and their ice cream is delicious. This specific location will not be the one I return to though. I called to order a birthday cake remix for pickup after a long hot day at work. The lady told me no phone orders. I asked again and said I was 5 minutes away and on the way. She told me to "come inside and order" or to "order online". Coldstones is known for being busy so I figured this is why. So I ordered online. I arrive to see not a soul there besides the girl I talked to on the phone. I asked for my order and she didn't even start it. So you don't take phone orders during the global pandemic, and don't even have the online order ready with no other customer in the store? DON'T EAT HERE! Save your money!!! Very poor quality and even worse customer service! Found multiple long hairs in an ice cream cake purchased for my son's 16th birthday. When I called the store to report it I spoke to two rude employees who didn't want to provide their name "because of store policy." Finally received a call back from the manager Andrea and I advised her we both the cake there the night before and had the receipt for the purchase. proceeded to tell me that she would refund my if I "actually bought the cake" there, insinuating I might be lying. That is yhe.least they could do for ruining his birthday cake memory. I ordered the Cake Batter flavor with chocolate shavings and graham cracker crust in a child's size. It was very tasty. Their cake batter ice cream is the best cake batter ice cream I have had in my 30 years of living. The service has always been pretty good, but this time when I went all the ice cream was melted. Most of the ice creams were leaking all over each other because of how melted they were. I go here all the time with my good friends when we get the craving for ice cream. They have a pretty good selection of ice creams including the usual and some unique flavors (birthday cake is one of my personal favorites here). If you don't know what you would like to add as toppings you can't go wrong with their pre-made selections. The location itself could be cleaner and they could have better line management especially when it gets crowded on weekends. The best ICE CREAM in Weston. Well, since the Ice Cream Club, Kilwins and 3x Baskin Robins stores have all gone out of business... its the ONLY ice cream place in Weston!! You pick your ice cream and toppings. They mix it together on a marble slab. The ice cream is good. What gets me is the lack of new toppings all these years. Staff incredibly under trained and unprofessional. Placed a online order which was accepted and charged by cold stone. Upon arriving I noticed the door was locked with a hand written sign that said closing at 8. Both the store and online states the store closes at 10. The two employees inside said they were not going to make my order and they could not refund me my money. My only option was to come the next day. Yet they had no problem accepting the order and charging my credit card. The sales boy or clerk felt it was appropriate to laugh as he walked away. The shift leader said they would call the manager to see if they could do anything. Instead she lied and called the cops. With all the riots going on they felt it was worth using valuable resources on a customer who was not leaving because they had been taken advantage of. I will make sure that anyone that I know does not give this store any business. With all the ice cream shops in Weston they will not be missed. The servers are friendly and courteous. Worked quick and handled the line with ease. When server asked if we wanted pecans on one of the orders we mentioned a nut allergy.
