The young ladies working were nice and the space was very simple. You can also build your own cupcake box and pick a variety of cupcake flavors out of about 30 different flavors ranging in price from $2.25 to $2.50 per cupcake. You can get a box of 9, 16 or 25 cupcakes in a box. They also offer coffee drinks. We came in to check out the options and we opted for a simple box of meringues. That's all my kids wanted and it was affordable at $6.25 for a box. Kids really enjoyed the meringues which melt in your mouth when you eat it. Meringues are made with egg whites, cream of tartar and sugar. They are fun to eat. I don't know what happened to this particular store, they used to have a great variety of their mini cupcakes but the last couple of times I went the choices were limited. This last time I went I called ahead to see if they had their red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting because they sell those as well as with regular vanilla frosting. They said they did so I took a ride over to pick some up. When I got there I asked them if they definitely had the cream cheese frosting ones and she said they did and went to the back to get them. Got home and they weren't the cream cheese frosted ones. So ridiculous since I made a special trip just to get them. Their prices have also gone up so I don't even see much of a value in their products anymore. They also sell cake in a jar as well as regular cakes. I've had two awful experiences here in just one week. First, my family member ordered a birthday cake in advance, and when he went to pick it up, they told him it was "for another day" even though he had the right date. Now, I ordered a cake for my daughter and when they called to "confirm," they claimed I had placed the order for September 6 -- which I clearly did not. Instead of fixing their mistake, they told me they couldn't fulfill my order. To make matters worse, when my family member asked for a refund for his messed-up order, they told him the manager was "out of town for 10 days" and that he couldn't get his money back until the manager returned. Absolutely unacceptable. This place clearly has major issues with organization, customer service, and accountability. I did not like that the cakes had little ants on them felt they need to be more cleaner with the thi gs on the counter top. The mini cupcakes are in a case or in the cupcakes holder so those I felt better eating The marble cake has 2 ants and I felt weird buying the vanilla cake but my daughter said it was sealed and not on those so I guess. From the bottom of my heart I never thought I'd be leaving a "not superb" review for my favorite place. I order cakes from Misha's every year. Every time I need a sheet cake created it comes out incorrectly. Now you're probably saying why would you go back to them then knowing this is the outcome? Well because nobody beats Misha's flavors in my opinion. Aside from the cakes, Misha's is amazing. Anyway, the sheet cake came out wrong AGAIN, and the managers response to their mistakes is so sad and unhelpful it makes me question if this is Misha herself creating these responses or if her staff just is not hired to help alleviate the issues. I'm not sure. But instead of a refund of 15.00 for the graphic that THEY messed up, the GM will give me a 20% off coupon for my NEXT order. Why would I order from misha's again if you cannot get it right nor are you accommodating to the customer at all. If I take the cake, I have to keep it, but you'll only offer me a discount next time. Also, the "bakers" could not fix the graphic despite having TWO different sized photos to work off. To add to that, if they call you to confirm the order, why didn't they call me to verify the size or the graphic like they normally do? I shouldn't hear, "well the bakers don't work at this time so they can't fix it and we can't give you a refund on the 15.00 sheet cake and if you sign and take the cake today there's also nothing we can do so take it or leave it." Super disappointed once again. The lack of accountability from the managers at Misha's is truly sad. I will say, Melanie went above and beyond to be apologetic and helpful in assisting me with whatever we could do to salvage the cake. It's the little things that make all the difference. Not GM's who just tell customers NO for every little issue that is an inconvenience to THEM without being physically there to see the mistakes of the baker or taking the word of their associate manager when she clearly stated the cake was not up to par. Thank you assistant manager Melanie, I know Amanda was out of town at the time but the GM of all stores needs business etiquette training. 51.00 for sheet cake that is not done right should be reimbursed or discussed! read more

It's never typically busy when going in here for the most part and every time I have visited there are usually 2 visible employees. Tonight I really had to write this time because it's the little things that really count. I had called in and the person that answered was extremely polite; despite the rain and the distance I felt like I owed it to come down there because of how awesome and personable she was. "Drive safe" was said before the end of the call; simple but a great touch. Upon arrival I was greeted by one of the employees immediately although she was with another customer and gave me a benevolent smile. I was like "this must have been the person I had spoken to on the phone." The other employee stepped in and the service was just as top notched. And she enough it was the last employee was the one I had spoken to and I couldn't help but compliment how helpful they both were. Definitely the best service I have ever had here period.
