First off the ice cream is amazing, I love cold stone. What I will say is that this pariticular location leaves a lot to be desired. There is not a lot of seating. There are only three tables with 3 chairs each. However there is plenty of space for them to add more seating. The other downside to this location is that they are frequently out of a lot of products. They had two freezers that should be filled with cakes and cupcakes but they were empty. In addition they had no cones left only waffle bowls. Other than that the place is good. There was a long line but the two employees did an amazing job of moving through the line quickly. read more

I came here on Sunday afternoon for icecream. There was a decent line up but service was fast. I got Strawberry Blonde in a waffle bowl. It was my first time having a waffle bowl. It tasted good when I got to dip pieces of waffle into the icecream. As well I didn't have to be wary of the icecream melting too fast in a cone. With the waffle bowl it is a bit expensive but it is a sweet treat regardless. Recommend! read more

Always been a fan of Coldstone. I hadn't patronized it in about 3 years. Everything about the way they create the ice cream creations is properly assembled. The business model has been copied. But, I stay true to Coldstone. For me, I have an extremely difficult time finding simply MINT ice cream. I love MCC (Mint Choclate Chip). But many times if available, I'd much rather have only Mint. Coldstone is one of the few major ice cream franchises that carries it. I use Mint as the base for the rest of the Love It level. Today I had mint/Cherry Vanilla w/Snickers chunks. It was soft and runny I believe it was an issue with their freezer not keeping the ice cream chill which is unsafe because bacteria can grow and cause food poisoning. Only because I can't write a review and give zero stars. I visited this establishment on 11/26/2020, the day before Thanksgiving. First, I arrived there at 3 pm and the doors were locked. There were other patrons trying to get in. We were all pulling and knocking on the doors. I even called the store's phone number but a recording came on. When I walked back to my car, a young girl game to the door and unlocked it. She then walked to the back of the store. I walked over and seen that the door was unlocked, so I went in. While inside, I seen an Asian male standing in the rear doorway. The female put her money drawer in the register and proceeded to walk to the bathroom. I looked at the Asian guy to see if he's going to take my order, and he was looking at me as if he was disturbed. Although the freezer was completely bare, I still asked for a red velvet cake. The answer was No, and he walked back to the rear of the store. At this time, there were 3 other patrons in the store. I don't know what was going on in this store that the door had to be locked. I don't know who else, if anyone was in the back of the store, but those two employees were very unprofessional and the store was almost bare. It's a "one and done" for me! read more

Ice cream was good. But service is poor. No clear markings for mobile pickup. First went to the cash register and was completely ignored by 4 staff members. Then waited in line for 15 minutes. I had to ask what the process was and was told usually you just stand at the end counter. I then suggested signage would be helpful because literally every other business has the practice. I only go here due to lack of options. There's usually only 1 employee working, who is very nice, however the quality of the icecream leaves a lot to be desired. The icecream itself is soft to begin with. Which leads me to believe that the freezer isn't the right temperature. Also if you have multiple orders they leave the already packed icecream on the counter for it to get even softer, instead of putting it the freezer. My mom has allergies and they don't take her icecream from a fresh batch but from the one already out. As a family we've been going to Coldstone exclusively but unfortunately we may have to stop if their quality doesn't improve. read more

This location is always busy; it's located in a pretty busy shopping center. The staff is friendly enough and fast, which is always good. The location seems clean to me as far coldstone locations go. They even have little tables to sit and enjoy my faves: the strawberry blonde and apple pie a la coldstone creations. Yum. This location could be a 5 if the staff greeted customers upon entering, offered samples proactively and cleaned the tables more quickly, like other locations. Overall 4/5 read more

First, sadly this is the closest Coldstone in the area so that's why I ended up coming here. Second, 2 employees were working (it was busy) and they both were NOT wearing gloves. There was a glove box present right behind them and they did not wear gloves, nor wash their hands; they simply wiped off whatever ice cream got onto their hands or arms. The line was to the door so there were a lot of orders, not once did I see them clean off the spot from the previous ice cream they had mixed in. I ordered a cake 48 hours in advance for pickup today. Requirement is only 24 hours. Got an email very late last night saying that my order was not confirmed. Parents beware of letting your child work at this location. Young girls are there working late with no adult protection. The manager, Tony, will at first appear friendly and concerned, but will show his true colors towards the end. He issues out wrongful terminations, unprofessional, in organized, insufficient funds during payroll, and they pay the workers less than hours worked.
