I hate this location so much I order from them all the time because it's so close to me and yet they are always hours late, cookies freezing, drivers don't care, and when you order through third party apps you can't track the order making it even harder to guess when your it will arrive. My kids and I ordered a variety of cookies to share, and a couple scoops of ice cream because it was a hot day. The cookies were warm and rich, the ice cream wasn't bad, and the woman at the counter was pretty nice even though she was busy baking. This location is frequently out of cookie flavors. Multiple times I've gone and been told that they need to put more cookies in the oven. Considering that the batter is frozen and just needs ~10 mins in the oven, not sure what the problem is. I decided to try ordering delivery and that ended up being worse. We ordered cookies at 4:30. The website said approx 50 mins and the text said approx 5:16-5:28 for cookies to be delivered. We got a phone call saying that one of the cookies we ordered would need to be baked and that it would take an extra 15 mins. Then half an hour later we got another phone call saying another flavor of cookies were out and would need an extra 15 mins. We were told we'd receive extra cookies for the extra wait. The cashier at the time (it was a guy, light skin, piercing) did not know the difference between a vegan cookie and a regular cookie. He put all of them in the same box and when I asked him to separate them he grabbed one and said it was vegan, HOWEVER, the order was 2 vegan cookies and one regular. It was late in the night, so I guess that's why they were out of many options. The only ice cream they had was butter pecan, and they were also out of a several cookies. It was a bit frustrating placing the order, and I wish they'd just put something over the out-of-stock options so that you can properly place your order after deciding in line. I had to completely change up both orders because of what they had left. However, the cookies were amazing! The butter pecan ice cream was the best I'd ever had. The portion of the cookie sandwich is perfect, and definitely puts you in a sugar coma, but a GOOD sugar coma! $13+ for two cookie sandwiches is a bit nuts, but they were so worth it.
