The technician wore a mask the whole time he was in my home and asked permission before using my bathroom, both nice things to see. The technician also was willing to try to fix the controls (it was an issue with the buttons) before charging me a bunch to order new parts and have a second service visit, so it cost less than I was expecting. Either keep it or I'll take it!" Rudest people I have met. The "great washer" also has the safety feature on the lid, to stop the washer when raised, was removed!
