He assured me that he would contact me if there was any purchase activity on the property. I was prepared to pay the $200,000 purchase price. Then when I checked on the property's status, I found that he had sold the property for $160,000 (to a friend, I think). This was a blatant injustice to both the Seller and the Purchaser. If you are buying or selling, I would encourage you to find a reputable agent (if one is to be found).

After researching all the different manufactured homes I new he was selling a good quality home at a very reasonably price. The only reason I did not buy one from him was because I decided to purchase a used one already in a park, but I can tell you even though I did not buy a new manufactured home from him I did call and tell him I decided to buy a used home in a park in Red Bluff and he offered to come over shortly after I moved into my home to make sure it was leveled underneath correctly, and thank God, because my home did need some corrections.
