He did not show he did not reply to any emails or phone calls . As of this riding I'm still waiting to hear from him . I have contacted someone else to complete the repairs . As a business owner myself , I can't even imagine treating your customers this way . Do not use this person . I see the good reviews seem to be a year ago . Hota quote that was exactly in line with the final bill. Arrived right as they opened for service and was greeted immediately, confirmed what was to be done and was directed to the waiting area, where there is ample seating, free coffee or tea and vending machines. Service was completed in 35 minutes, no surprises or upsells, fast and courteous checkout and our car was well taken care of. Really pleased with our experience and treatment. Was worth going a little further out than the dealers closer to uptown who never got back to me,tried to put me through an automated maze of phone prompts and had horrible reviews to boot.

Went in because my catalytic converter was stolen and I had a tailgate recall. Well, they forgot the skid plate, clipped a wire while they were fixing the recall on the tailgate and thought I would not notice. When they confronted the service tech, he admitted that he cut the wire and put some electrical tape around it. It took 2 more visits before they actually got everything fixed. I've done business with them for over a decade, and the paint jobs they provided are always hit and miss, depending on which painter they hired that week. I would steer clear of this shop as they are nothing but crooks and liars!

But that is because we had extensive work done to it. 2nd car took only a week, which had minor body work to be done. They are VERY friendly and will not do any work until they have your approval. I have recommend them to several of our friends with vintage cars, and they are very happy with their results. They also do not talk down to you like some other body shops in the area. I had requested that the front driverside window blackout tape/trim and the rear passengerside windows blackout tape/trim be replaced. However, the collision center replaced the front and rear passengerside windows blackout tape/trim instead. They accepted no responsibility for the error and has attempted to blame for miscommunication what work needed to be done. I have attached screenshots of my initial email to them requesting repairs. It is crystal clear regarding the work that needs to be performed. I also included pictures in my email. Additionally, even without the clear email and photographs of the areas that needed to be repaired, anyone could have just looked at the vehicle and seen which areas needed to be repaired.
