Had to replace hood. They had my truck for a couple of weeks, as damage was extensive. I stopped by and asked about my truck as we were scheduled to go out of town for a few days. They indicated truck was done with exception of washing and inspection. They put the truck at the head of the line and within 20 minutes they were done. I watched them do their quality inspection, which was very thorough. I told them that I was very appreciative of their extra effort to get my truck out for my trip. I told them all I had to do is turn in my rental from Enterprise and I would be on my way. Customer Support person told me that they were an authorized representative of Enterprise and he would take care of my rental. Wow! These people are really awesome! I have used Rick's before. I will not use any other body repair shop! Job was perfect as far as I tell. I cannot find any flaw. Definitely getting monies worth here. Well the insurance company is getting true value for their dollars!

I was told they do work in the evenings throughout the week, which I wasn't going to argue. And the folks at the garage didn't let us know they had filed for more funds with the insurance company. Went to the garage the next day and found about 40 miles was put on the car, a quarter tank of gas burned, and a radio station my family member doesn't typically listen to. Well this is where Ai has failed them because my car was there for service with the vin but that wasn't good enough had to literally get them the number of the car they had in there possession. Then I call hours later to speak to a manager about this the young lady could not get anyone and said they would call me back tomorrow. Well it is tomorrow and almost closing time and nothing . This was the worst experiene ever! A 16 year old boy hit me and his father was taking care of all…read moreissues. Not going thru insurance company as to alleviate insurance surging. He recommended this company as he had used it. The driver back door had to be replced and some other issues around that. First time I went to pick it up, the bottom half of door was not painted. The owner acted surprised it was not done. No quality control here. This was a Friday, he had to keep til Monday as they were closing. Rental car extended, which was more expense to the person paying. Owner did not care. Went to pick up on Tuesday as instructed. The door did not align with the front door when closed. The two doors should close flush as the other side did. The owner wanted to keep it another 3 days to fix this. I, at this point, did not trust the owner not to do something to my car. He had already gotten ugly because it was not right. The basic in your face issues. He also did not replace the trim at bottom of door that was scratched. He just tried to clear coat over it to not see. Which I noticed immediately,. He got nasty and said " When I try to save someone money they do not appreciate it", referring to the gentleman paying. He then quoted $2,000 to replace that small trim piece. I am sure he would never try to save someone money. I just said leave it to save the paying gentleman money. I could live with it. While I was there he was going to try to adjust the crooked door. I had to go out to the reception, which I did not want to leave car at this point. He said insurance requird it. There were no tools or equipment being used, but I went. He was yelling at me and told me I was difficult. Because I wanted my car right, I was difficult. After 3 times, you would think it would be right. I went to front and they set the camera so I could see what they were doing. They pushed and pulled for a while, making me nervous, but brought it out and it was acceptable, not great, but I needed to get out of there. At this point he was very angry and I did not want this to escalate. I will say I would not, under any circumstances, recommend this place. Ever. All nice when he starts, but if you do not accept his poor work,, then all hell breaks loose. There is also bubbles in the door paint....just to replace the door, the rental was 5/12 til 6/1. when was told 1 week to repair. Just does not care. Horrible business.
