Giving this two stars instead of one, because one of the gentlemen at the front desk was very nice…read more- other than that, definitely didn't get a 'warm-fuzzy' from anyone. Went in for a simple oil change and an inspection. Was told that they were backed up (on a weekeday) and that the oil change would take three hours. When I asked if I could wait, and if they had wifi, they insisted that someone drive me home. I figured that was okay, so grabbed the ride. On the way, I was asked "what kind of Oriental" I was, and then was treated to more basic Asian-racist-type stories. (Other POC know what I mean by this - where they think they're being inclusive, by talking about Chinese Food, or the other Oriental they know, or something of that nature.) I explained I was born in Korea, but grew up in Alabama, so pretty Southern thru-and-thru, but definitely got the feeling that the driver disagreed with me. So...THAT was fun... Finally got back to the garage way after the promised 3 hrs (but don't remember exactly), and was told that the Inspection hadn't been done because their machine was broken. I was a bit miffed, but guessed it couldn't be helped, so I went ahead to pay for my oil change. $85!!!??? For an oil change?? That took three hours??? When I questioned the price, they informed me that was just the way that it was. Turned out, they had left the inspection on the ticket, and "accidentally" forgot to remove it. Was still a $40+ oil change...for a regular sedan. Outside of overcharging for oil changes, equipment that's faulty, slow service and being a bit sleazy with the charges,...not updating their staff about what appropriate conversation is, regarding racism seems pretty important. I usually give businesses a chance or two, but this one just had too many (pretty uncomfortable) issues for me to return. I hope they provide their employees some more ethics training.

Brought my Audi in Saturday because my driver's-side window wouldn't roll up. Was told the courtesy…read moreinspection was free at drop-off. They called Monday with a ~ $1,500 estimate to fix the window. I declined, did 30 minutes of research, and found the exact part I needed for $75 and a local European auto shop who offered to fix it same day for 1-2 hours of labor. When my wife picked up the car, Woody's charged her over $200 -- for the "courtesy inspection" I'd been told was free and/or a "diagnostic" fee that was never mentioned at drop-off. I called this morning to ask them to make it right. They refused. A $1,500 quote on a job that costs $75 in parts is one thing -- that's an inflated estimate I'm free to walk away from. Charging for an inspection after telling a customer it was free is something else entirely. If you bring your car here, get every fee in writing before you hand over the keys. Better yet, go elsewhere.

It's so refreshing to know there are business owners who are not trying to pull one over on someone, especially in this economy! Within the past two years, I got a 2023 Volkswagen. My dad taught me about cars growing up, and since we always had American vehicles, we just took them to dealerships. Late December, my car had less than 17,000 miles and the VW dealership tried to charge me for new rotors and brakes which were over $700. Let's just say I definitely wasn't afraid to bring this up with my advisor since my rotors were clean. He then told me I just needed brakes which were almost $400. I might be a young woman, but I certainly do not like dishonesty ...maybe they did not expect me to know some basic things about cars. But I called up Arthur's shop right afterwards knowing that his shop was established and asked if he had some time to get me in to give me a second opinion. He got my car in right away and he took care of me. He got my brakes changed, confirmed my rotors were good and that they didn't need to be touched, and did so for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this shop for honest, good quality work and you're supporting a friendly local business. This is definitely going to be my new place!

My C300 wouldn't start and AAA didn't know what to do. After having it towed to the dealership,…read morethey wanted to start by replacing a $2500 part and then "go from there... no guarantees." After asking a few people for recommendations, I decided to try Trinity Auto. Arthur was so incredibly knowledgeable, extremely kind, AND charged me less for parts, labor, and fixing a leak that caused the mess than the dealership wanted for one of the parts alone. Finding Arthur was an absolute life saver and I'll never take my car anywhere else from now on.
