The dental assistants have always been so gentle and caring and the providers have always guaranteed their work. This year I have decided to get a secondary, and it has been a complete nightmare to get the claims to go through. I have done everything asked of me as I am a medical biller and closely watch my claims and bills. I understand dental and medical are different but COB, contractual adjustments etc all work the same way. My secondary says they still have not received a claim although I spoke with Julie who said it was sent over. I paid over $700 and today asked olivia if I can at least find out what MY child's primary assigned as patient responsibility then had a smart remark comment "well do you not have your EOB." I mean if I did I wouldn't be asking, but then try to intimidate me into thinking I still have over $1,000 bill. Because you don't want to provide me what primary allowed. Of course Laurie took over the call calling me rude; however, they can pull that call and find out there was no rudeness, but again a simple question then. At the end of the whole thing they can't find it they'll have to go search for it. I mean honestly rather than having me on a long hold getting your staff worked up you could have just said "hey I'm sorry we misplaced this will get back to you as soon as we find it." Not turn me into the bad guy. I'd love for the administrators to pull that call so they can listen for themselves. Because of this experience I will be looking for another dentist I know will be needing more things done in the future and I can't afford all these hours in the phone.

When I brought up these concerns two months before the scheduled removal, he assured me that everything would be fine by the scheduled date. When I again brought up my concerns on the day of braces removal, he said some polishing would fix the problem. I trusted his expert advice and was incredibly disappointed when the braces were removed and the bite still looks crooked. My smile is much better than it originally was, and I'm grateful for that. He also did a great job on two of my family members. I was just hoping for (and thought I was paying for) A+ and I got B. I would have gone somewhere else if I had known this would be the end result and I would be treated like I was wrong and didn't know what I was talking about. If you only want an OK smile, Dr. Brown is the guy to go to.

Dr Pobanz is excellent and knowledgeable in what he does. He goes above and beyond for straightening teeth using the latest technology and taking into consideration each individual's teeth and smile. I never received an answer if Dr Wall could do my implant or look at the CT scan provided. When I canceled the appointment, they kept my $200 deposit, despite booking it with another patient shortly after. I feel that it's all about the money for them. Remarkably, he is in practice despite such unethical behavior. Beware! I am in dispute with them and my credit card company initiated the claw back for non existing service.

Walking in, there is an old VW bus in the waiting room. During the Covid-19 pandemic the bus is closed but at other times kids are able to play inside and watch shows while waiting. We bring our four kids in all at the same time and they have plenty of dental hygienists to get them started in the cleaning at the same time. Kids are given earphones to watch a movie on a TV mounted on the ceiling while their teeth are being cleaned. The staff is all friendly and helpful. We've had a great experience with them. Highly recommend to those in the west Kaysville area.
