While she made some adjustments, the entire appointment was awkward. She barely spoke, so I found myself trying to carry the conversation just to break the silence. She didn't seem interested in building any rapport or making me feel comfortable. Near the end, she interrupted me while I was still talking, ended the appointment, and sent me on my way. I left feeling dismissed rather than cared for. The salon advertises itself as welcoming and experienced with diverse hair types, but my experience didn't reflect that level of customer care. I never felt listened to, valued, or genuinely welcomed. Every interaction felt like an obligation instead of someone who enjoys their work and wants clients to come back. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I think people should know that customer service here was just as disappointing as the haircut.
