I got an oil change and they diagnosed several other issues with the car. I chose to not pursue the work right away but mentioned that my tires weren't holding air. Turns out they were 10 years old and dry rotted. Chuck's was able to order new tires and get them mounted and aligned all in the same day. Every conversation I had with multiple employees was professional but friendly.
