They eventually did, but the journey getting there was quite painful until this morning when Josie (the phlebotomist ) found a good vein-immediately, inserted her needle expertly without any pain and pulled four vials of blood in what felt like a second ! I just had it say thank you Josie your skill and professionalism exceeded my expectations!!! Well done

I figured I'd do it early, because I had to fast prior to my appointment. Their waiting area, is clean and small, with a very handy check in kiosk. This is where I scanned my driver's license, and insurance card. Right then, one of the nurses came and called me to come to the examining room. I've spent less than a minute waiting, I really appreciate this. I don't love needles, and when it comes to occasions like this, I still go by the little kids rule of "don't look and it won't hurt". So the job was done, quick, and painless. However, I felt a bit, lightheaded after. I told the phlebotomist I didn't feel well. I would appreciate some water. She just told me to "have a nice day" and lifted the arm rest. Ok. Well, we all know she didn't really care about how nice my day was. Needless to say, while the job did get done. I don't appreciate people who work in healthcare, who have no common sense courtesy towards people.

My veins are hard to stabilize and they usually poke around and I have a wind up with a big black and blue bruise. He went to a new spot and was so fast I was surprised, no blood, no bruise. This was on May 26th in Bloomfield. My wife had hers done also and when we walked out my wife said that was the easiest and fastest ever confirming my experience. It was a wonderful experience someone at 11:30 on Saturday morning so very happy and energetic.. that once did I get the feeling that she was rushing agitated or aggravated at anything. We have pleasant conversation. Now saying all of that, she works with people that could very possibly have probably are nervous and afraid of getting poked by a needle. All the pleasant trees in conversation in my opinion was her way of relaxing the patient to kind of exhale and not be nervous. When she took out all the material needed to draw blood, I'm not a big fan of me so I just sit and I close my eyes and I wait. She explained to me every step of the process in real time as she was doing it. Which was calming in itself. When she told me that I was going to feel a little prick amazingly I didn't even know that the needle went before I knew it. She was letting me know that she was gonna be pulling it back out which again I felt no discomfort. All I wanna say is that I and I'm sure mailing of people I've had blood drawn more than one and this was one of the best experiences of the process that I've had. Poor Management. Stay clear. They cancel my 3 appointments made weeks ago for the same day. I wanted to get appointments done before end of 2024, so I kept two. They call the following day and tell me they need to reschedule the other 2. They had no intention of keeping the remaining 2 appointments and figured if they said they needed 2 cancel 1, I would reschedule all 3. Very dishonest place. Apparently they decided to close until after the New Year and the only way I found that out is from another Google review where another patient had his 3 appointments cancelled for the last week of 2024 and now he loses his FSA money. Unprofessional in every way.
