We considered other stores and hobby shops, but decided on Office Depot because they might have the best selection. Parking was free and easy in the shared lot. Inside, the store was spacious and organized! My niece had a wide range of product choices. We found the cashier and went on our way! Thanks for a pleasant experience!

I was so grateful to hear Relax the Back store was giving away two memory foam pillows to Harvey victims (FEMA proof of course). However they tried to upsell me which was extremely awkward when you have lost just about EVERYTHING! I was given two memory foam pillows which are made in house. You can select how much of the material you want, which is wonderful! Everyone is different and need more support or less. The sales men were eager to help and were very thoughtful. HOWEVER, when Harvey floodies receive the pillow they are pushed to buy pillow covers, which the cheapest was $20! I was extremely disappointed that they would try to sell me this after I have been through such a tragedy and literally have nothing! How can a person be so bold, but on the flip side so kid to give two fantastic pillows to those in need? Okay so that being my rant - I took out some memory foam after I slept on the pillow for a few nights. I LOVE that I am able to add or take out as I desire!!! I would highly recommend these pillows! The store has beds, pillows, desk chairs, massage chairs, everything under the sun to help your back feel more comfortable during the day and night. Items are pricey, but who wants back pain? I suggest you go in a browse, even if just for fun!

While this location isn't as bad as Highland Village, customers still have to pay for parking. Many shoppers dislike paying for an ordinary parking lot, so keep that in mind. Thumbs Up: They offer a gift wrapping service that's very popular during the holiday season. Be aware that wait times can range from 2 to 5 hours, especially as Christmas approaches. Neutral: The wrapping service usually makes gifts look much more beautiful than most people can achieve at home. However, I was slightly disappointed with the quality this year, possibly because the person wrapping my gifts may have been new. Neutral: I also purchased a roll of ribbon that wasn't in my bag.
