I was so grateful to hear Relax the Back store was giving away two memory foam pillows to Harvey victims (FEMA proof of course). However they tried to upsell me which was extremely awkward when you have lost just about EVERYTHING! I was given two memory foam pillows which are made in house. You can select how much of the material you want, which is wonderful! Everyone is different and need more support or less. The sales men were eager to help and were very thoughtful. HOWEVER, when Harvey floodies receive the pillow they are pushed to buy pillow covers, which the cheapest was $20! I was extremely disappointed that they would try to sell me this after I have been through such a tragedy and literally have nothing! How can a person be so bold, but on the flip side so kid to give two fantastic pillows to those in need? Okay so that being my rant - I took out some memory foam after I slept on the pillow for a few nights. I LOVE that I am able to add or take out as I desire!!! I would highly recommend these pillows! The store has beds, pillows, desk chairs, massage chairs, everything under the sun to help your back feel more comfortable during the day and night. Items are pricey, but who wants back pain? I suggest you go in a browse, even if just for fun!

Collaborative Office Interiors was hired by our architectural firm to provide new furniture for our…read morechurch renovation. We have had ongoing issues and unanswered questions for over a year now. The first issue was the coffee carts delivered were not the carts we had specified. After many attempts and several months of trying to resolve this issue, Collaborative told us they would refund us the money for the carts. They finally paid the refund after we emailed them several more times. Secondly, we have repeated asked about the outdoor tables that were delivered. They, also, were not the tables that we had been specified. They are not even rated for outdoor use and are much less expensive than what we had specified. They charged us for the more expensive tables. They are still sitting at our church with no resolution from Collaborative Office Interiors. It is completely unprofessional.

Our company ordered $50,000 worth of furniture for our new office back in December, including a…read morelarge conference room table with a heavy stone top. It all was supposed to be delivered in March. Upon delivery, the stone top was not the correct one we ordered, and it was cracked. They went ahead and installed the incorrect, cracked one as a temporary solution, while we received the new one, which we were told would take 4 weeks. It is now June, and we still don't have our correct tabletop. Our sales rep is not returning our calls, and I've had to call from different numbers for them to answer. When they do answer, they tell me I'll call you back tomorrow, or in a couple of days with an update, and then they don't call back. We've already paid them a ton of money, and there is no end in sight for this issue.

While this location isn't as bad as Highland Village, customers still have to pay for parking. Many shoppers dislike paying for an ordinary parking lot, so keep that in mind. Thumbs Up: They offer a gift wrapping service that's very popular during the holiday season. Be aware that wait times can range from 2 to 5 hours, especially as Christmas approaches. Neutral: The wrapping service usually makes gifts look much more beautiful than most people can achieve at home. However, I was slightly disappointed with the quality this year, possibly because the person wrapping my gifts may have been new. Neutral: I also purchased a roll of ribbon that wasn't in my bag. Had I not specifically asked for it, I suspect it might have been used for other gift-wrapping services.

I came to this store 8-17-26 at 10:05 am to ship a letter pak overseas and the woman behind the counter was unpleasant and rude. This is the third time this has happened here. I asked what my options are for shipping a package overseas, and placed the address on the counter. She asked "What do you mean by options.??? I replied " You know, how long, how much?" She replied "12.00". I replied to her "I dont think you can ship this to Malaysia for 12.00." And she expressed impatience and irritation, so I left.

Now that they're in a new location, it's good to see that the service is just as good as always Service: They have always been able to handle our variety of print needs and are as accommodating as possible when we have a rush job This time I was picking up some signs but had never printed something like that before. They gave me options and advised me with what they thought was best (all via email - yay no phone calls). They're very knowledgeable and helpful! Cost: The cost seems fair and reasonable to me.
