The owner is very robotic and kinda rude, I tired to buy a storage box for my cards since I needed them urgently. I asked the clerk then was rudely interrupted by the owner in our conversation to ask what I need. I told him I need a storage box and he said "yeah we don't sell that" staring at me like I asked for to borrow his car. Never once apologized for not having it, just being robotic. That was the whole reason I came here since other shops sell them for a few bucks. Instead I just laughed it off. Been here for a few hours and the environment takes after it's owner, everyone acts like they've never met new people or a human before. Ignoring them or just being very unfriendly. Also the tables are very confusing, half the players are in the back playing Disney's card game while in the middle is pokemon then its mushed in the middle having Yugioh/Pokemon. Rather than separate days the owner tries to force them in one and that's just annoying for players. The shop is also very hot and has the weirdest smell you can imagine. Also he/his team allows their dog (it seems from research it's the store pet, which is very strange) around in the shop, I don't have an allergy but it seems disrespectful to the people that do have one. The dog kept smelling around player's shoes or floor like it was trying to find some food. People come to shops to relax and meet new people rather than online for human interaction but if it's like any other the shops in Nevada. People are just going to stop going like me. This was my first time going to a card shop in 6 years since the Wii Play Games owner intimidated me over selling some card for $2 (I still don't understand how they're the biggest game store in nevada). Won't be coming back especially since this is very inconvenient to me (I live 30 minutes away) rather than shopping online. Update (10/2024): I came back just to see if the owner took my criticism since I wanted to trade a few things with other customers not with the store, nothing really changed besides there was more staff this time and the moldy booklet of the store's tournament rules had more dust on it. I read it and no people do not follow the said rules. Ironically enough I don't dislike card shops or video game stores in nevada (I was friends with an owner before he closed down) it's just that most of the time Owners don't update prices (this store sells a Legendary Duelists: Duels From the Deep Booster Box for $45 when a box is max $32 on a bad day) or the owners are so boneheaded that they were rather fight with customers then they wonder why their shop closed down a year later. More of a personal issue yet this store also promotes a lot of Flesh and Blood for some reason. The whole game promotes this Singles outselling Boxes culture, which is horrendous and only benefits sellers. I wouldn't recommend getting into this especially since the game is dying quickly.

This card shop is the best card shop in Las Vegas for One Piece and Digimon TCG! There are usually 40 people for One Piece tournaments!

The store is full of visually appealing items, with so much to see that you'll definitely need to make a second visit just to ensure you didn't miss anything. I was looking for a shop in Las Vegas that sells Pokemon cards, and upon entering Wii Play, I was amazed by the variety and quantity of cards available, from blind-bagged, beautiful rares to graded specimens--they were all there on display! Most importantly, the card selection was great, and I ended up leaving with quite a few handfuls of awesome foiled Pokemon cards. Their prices are fair, sticking within (sometimes below) the current market value or online listed prices. The friendly staff has a no-pressure selling attitude and gives you space to check the cards while also being knowledgeable enough to provide information and insight about your purchases. This has now become one of my go-to shops for Pokemon card hunting and impulse buying anime and gaming fandom merchandise. PS. Have cash or your physical credit/debit card available as their tap-to-pay system is always having issues.

I was going to purchase some cards, stickers & a pop figure but I decide to take my business elsewhere because of the same rude, dismissive and judgemental woman at the register. Long black hair and thick black glasses, old. My brother wanted to inspect the cards I chosen because wii play games is notorious for overpricing lightly and heavily played cards. Now I typically do not care as long as I really want the cards and i love supporting businesses with good ethics. But when I had asked the woman to see my cards, she had already passed a look to me. I told her that I wanted to see my cards, we could move to the side and that she could help the next customer behind me. I guess she had a hard time understanding what I meant, because she caught even bigger attitude when she asked "did you mean weren't ready when you wanted to look at your cards" in a very condescending tone. Okay, cool you finally understand me! I laughed out loud at the audacity, but I said to her again, "well i did say you could take the next customer so we could look at the cards" and she threw whatever was in her hands on the counter and called for the next customer. At that point I felt gross from her attitude so I just dropped everything and said "you know what, we're good I'm not getting shit here we're leaving" and yes, before I left I told my cousin that "no i'm not getting anything anymore, the lady is being a bitch" out loud so she could hear. not nice, no, but felt justified considering I was being judged for triple checking some overpriced cards. Never going back here and nor am i ever recommending anyone to come again. I had issues with attitude by this repeat woman but I always brushed it off. Nah, never again.

Went for the Heated Rivalry listening party and was really disappointed. I had called earlier in the day and spoke to a women on the phone who educated me on the event that I was so excited for! She told me since I had not purchased the special edition ahead of time. I would have to wait to see if they any more at the end of night. I may have to come back tomorrow if necessary. I asked if could purchase the special edition that came with a tote and she would put me on hold and talk to a manager and come. Twice. 11 minutes patiently waiting on an answer. She said they could place it on hold for me. I gave my Info and was disappointed to find out that I would not be getting a bag. It's sux but it's ok. Like not one Blink-182 record, no Descendants, I never even found a single Nirvana record; You know, the 3 most popular bands and most people's wishlist?? This is considering the several hours I've spent there. Also, lots of used, sometimes old and broken music equipment that are full priced; stuff that's $50-$150, that you'd realistically find at Goodwill for $10-$20. Some of the CDs are over $15 which is insane, considering the CDs they have aren't even organized; and 90% of them are bands/artists I literally have never seen. I will still show up every week for movies, but they need to rename it to Zia Video; because the DVD selection is actually the only reason I go now. I've found countless films I really want every time I've gone and I still haven't explored more than 15% of the shelves there.
