Fast forward 60 days and they're still trying to charge me for an additional 30 days. No response from the doctor. Money money money.. excuses after another. She cannot even get a simple blood work order in correctly. This woman is an awful excuse and shame for any person in medicine.

Which, I am gathering, is what osteopathy is about. Listening to the body and helping guide it to heal as a whole. The care is mostly wholistic but it's not complete so I feel unsatisfied at times. My chief complaint is that she tends to run behind schedule. Since I pay her up front and submit a bill to my insurance I expect more timeliness. And I have noticed that she has started booking appointments every 15 min online. As a reference point my family and I see other physicians where we pay up front and submit super bills on our own, and these other doctors almost always run on time. It's the courtesy of paying the whole fee upfront.

Some days before the date arrived, however, I was once again called by her office, this time to be told that the doctor had left the practice, and they had no idea where she had gone to. Since Michelle Malcolmson knew full well in advance that she was leaving Stanford Medical, she should never have allowed me to dangle for months under the mistaken impression that I was going to see her. By so doing, she caused me to waste much valuable time before I could see another other physician as a new patient. I call that irresponsible and heartless.
