I've never had a landlord call me and ask the types of questions he asked. I don't even know if it's legal to ask questions like this. if you are a landlord never ever ever ever ever use this service . this person should be put out of business for being a bully. The whole experience was unreal (and I've had plenty of calls over the years to verify previous tenants; this was not my first rodeo) that a part of me didn't even think he was real. So I did a reverse phone number look up and that's how I found his company. I guess it was real. I am shocked.
