Details: Envision Imaging is conveniently located on Plano Pkwy near Marsh Lane. Gorgeous and sparkling clean medical office building. I had an MRI and CT Scan this week at Envision Imaging. Nurse was professional, a good communicator, friendly, and cheerful. It is wonderful to have a nurse who smiles and can relax a patient. Nurse explained everything in an easy way for me to understand. I appreciate her expertise and her willingness to have short conversations with me. She gently inserted the catheter that was used for contrast dye. She also gently removed the catheter after the procedures were complete. MRI and CT technicians were also professional and good communicators. They also explained everything ahead of time so I knew what to expect. Two days later I returned to Envision Imaging to pick up my CD-ROM of previous imaging. I also picked up a CD-ROM of the MRI and CT that Envision Imaging performed. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. They quickly provided the 2 CD-ROM that I ask for. Thank you to the entire staff at Envision Imaging on Plano Pwky. The info that I had from the fair was all that I ever received. The price for the CT was pretty fair,but it's obvious that the goal is to get you to upgrade to the more expensive package deals. As others have mentioned, the "health consultant" that you meet with prior to your service is actually a sales person with no healthcare background. Also, you have to request your images as they do not come with the final report. The experience was a little off-putting, but I did get some insight from the heart scan.

Despite the MRI being ordered for spinal stenosis, any competent radiologist should have noted a large, clearly visible lesion. It wasn't until my neurosurgeon took an X-ray that the mass was flagged as concerning, prompting further imaging. Additionally, this facility filed my insurance incorrectly twice, and when I returned, there was no acknowledgment or apology for such a serious oversight. If you need imaging here, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion or requesting a different radiologist to review your scans.

Delia was absolutely the kindest and most tender person. She treated me with dignity and respect and we had a nice conversation during the exam. I sent several emails asking for help and received several automatic responses but none included a solution or my results. I searched for a phone number and every option sent me to automated answers that redirected me to the same landing page. I found numbers for finance, marketing, press, everything except customer service. I finally had to pretend I wanted to make an appointment just to reach a human who could give me my results. This should not happen with something as important as a mammogram. I am never going back. Their use of automation creates barriers and friction instead of support, and the experience was unnecessarily stressful.

No doctor you want to see is taking new patients, despite their own website listing every physician under the "accepting new patients filter" Just an all around mess of a practice.

She stares at her computer screen during the whole visit (maybe researching things she doesn't have an answer for?), and only wants to have text conversations for test results. You can't practice medicine by text message. I'm done with this practice.
