Since we just wanted a snack, we ordered 'The Works' for $10.75 - which is a funnel cake with strawberries and syrup and a big dollop of soft serve ice cream. For an extra buck, you get an extra helping of that soft serve ice cream. The meal was delicious as expected! The funnel cake was warm and soft, and complimented very well with the soft serve. I love that Kiki's also has other things on their menu. They have hamburger, hotdogs, poutine, French fries, etc.. basically anything that you can get at a carnival. The kitchen staff unfortunately forgot to add my seasonal vegetables on the plate which we let our server know. The vegetables were underwhelming as they were overcooked. We hope for the staff to be more attentive in future orders. The New York Striploin with Chive Mashed Potato and Garlic Mushrooms (4/5) was also cooked medium rare however, we did find some parts of the steak to be slightly overcooked. The char also heightened the flavours of the steak. The chive mashed potato had a smooth texture. Butter on the side would've been a good idea. The garlic mushrooms were deliciously cooked.
