As somebody took it into the service bay somebody else was trying to come up with backup options in case it wasn't fixable at that time since we were away from home. They diagnosed it, determined they had the part needed, repaired it and took it for a test drive and we were out of there in an hour. Everyone was so nice and tackled our issue from all angles. Before our test drive, Scott warned us that the AC was not working and that was something they were looking into. After we test drove it, we were sold, we wanted to buy it right away. Scott insisted that they get the AC figured out before we move forward with paperwork. After a few days they found the issue. It ended up being in the main fuse block. They replaced it as soon as they got the part. Scott called me down to get the paperwork finished and even that was hassle free. Everything with the vehicle has been working fine. He was familiar with that vehicle and recommended that we purchase the extended warranty, which I did. Unfortunately within 700 miles of driving off the lot the head gasket went out and vehicle overheated.So I towed it back to wait for the warranty claim to process for the needed repairs. The warranty company took a month to send an inspector out. The following week I received a notice that the warranty company canceled my contract due to a modification made to the vehicle by the prior owner. The team at Voice motors took care of me. They reversed the funds for the warranty contract and after discussing it with Ryan and Mitch they decided to cover the necessary repairs to get me back on the road.! This is my second purchase from Voice and first time having an issue and im happy that they were able to resolve it. Will definitely be back to purchase again in the future. I asked if I could test drive one while my car was in the shop. a younger man told me he couldn't help me or he won't help me. I told him I can pull up my bank account and he could have a look if that made him feel better. hard no... unfortunately I want to let everyone know this and I'm not going back. horrible experience
