I have stopped in with a last-minute repair when I popped part of my front valance off on a curb, they pulled it in and riveted it back in place and weren't even going to charge me - I think I gave him $20, but I'm sure it was worth much more. I have personally witnessed them doing the same sort of thing for other people when I've been waiting for repairs. They truly care about their customers and community!

I brought my truck into Valvoline Instant Oil Change for a routine oil and transmission fluid service. It was running completely fine when I arrived. Less than FIVE minutes after leaving the shop, I started experiencing serious electrical issues that I had NEVER had before. Whenever I go above about 3,500 RPM, my voltage gauge spikes and overcharges. My radio shuts off, and the electrical system goes haywire. This started immediately after the service -- not days later, not weeks later -- but right after pulling out. Before this visit, my truck had zero charging issues. Now I'm dealing with what appears to be alternator overcharging or wiring damage -- something that can destroy a battery and electrical system if not handled properly. What made this even worse was the way it was handled. When I called to explain what was happening and ask for help, they hung up on me. That is completely unprofessional. I trusted them with a simple fluid change. Instead, I left with a potentially expensive electrical problem and zero accountability. Very disappointed.

We limped across the country just for him, to support our hometown. You're supposed to change it every 80,000 miles. Ours was at 130,000 and someone told us what could happen if you don't get the belt changed- engine could blow up and be ruined. So ended up getting the timing belt, transmission oil changed, water pump, and replaced the spark plugs all for only $350. Flexible- you can show up sometimes and they're right on it.
