Goodness do I have a lot to say about not only this business but about the service and in particular Holly who is the manager. If I could give this place a zero or even a negative rating I absolutely would. I called around to several places to get the information I needed after my accident. The front passenger corner was affected. There was no damage to the hood or passenger door at all. So I made my decision to go with Collision Maxx because of my conversation with Holly. She had made me feel confident that they would take care of me. After sending her the photos of my vehicle she assured me that it would take approximately 2 weeks. Long story made really short is I started calling on a regular basis after the 2 weeks passed(once a week) to get an update. Holly became very irritated with my phone calls and actually told me that. 3 months later after these calls and frustration I was able to finally pick up my vehicle. Let me tell you I to this day cannot understand how my back license plate was mangled. I was hit in the front. They had thrown all of my belongings and floor mats in the trunk. When I questioned Holly about this and the tinting on my windows was now bubbled she just cowardly jumped in her vehicle and drove away. I can not stress to anyone enough that I would steer clear of this business. Workers nice enough but getting bumper replaced has been a long drawn out process. Very frustrating. They do not call to tell parts on backorder or found another part needed. Don't seem to be too through in their evaluation since 3 times needed to order parts although supposedly had everything needed to begin work. Owner won't talk to customers evidently so doesn't really care or too many complaints. I will end up paying more for the rental car than the cost of getting my vehicle fixed which is ridiculous. Ugh. Collision Maxx is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They are very nice people.... My car is in even worse condition after they "fixed" it for almost $10,000. I am heart broken as my brand new Malibu rattles like a 1970s beater car with duct taped doors. They kept my car for about a month. I got a call one hour before they closed. I live an hour and a half away I was unable to inspect my car in the dark when I got there. I called to ask if I can have a friend pick up my keys. I heard the lady in the back ground mention it was ready TWO DAYS AGO. My dad just had open heart surgery and I've wasted WELL over $300 in rides in the time it was ready taking care of my dad. They are nice people... I am flabbergasted how they are legally in business: - I picked up my car with a flat tire from a screw that is supposed to be on my door. (It's huge- the washer was still on it.) - my doors rattle VERY loud and are missing the clips to hold them in place. - they were paid to replace the hood. Not only did they not replace it- we counted over 30 dents remaining. -The mold was not replaced as there are dents in the molding around the car. - They chipped my paint in multiple places. - The hood and doors were replaced diagonally so nothing closes right causing an unlevel surface and more chipped paint. - the emergency release handle is beneath the mold and inaccessible. - there are gaps and wrinkles in my roof now. - The plastic on my door is somehow scratched. -My trunk paint is burned from improper buffing I have a brand new 2016 Malibu and I am highly upset at the short cuts they've taken especially taking into consideration the insurance paid a supplement and gave them every penny they requested to properly fix my car. Was told to be here by 10 am to officially sell my totaled vehicle to this place. I had to Uber and when I arrived I was told they were unprepared, and had to wait 30 mins. I asked if I get the remainder of my things out of the vehicle, to which Adam at the front desk explained the have lost my key. I asked if there was someone he could ask about it, he offered me no solution and instead became very condescending. He told me I was not his customer and he didn't have to help me. Horrible service!!!! The girl at the front is LAZY!!!! And turned my business away. Unbelievable! was rear ended last year and the driver had really lousy no name insurance. I got an estimate from this place and I've been trying to negotiate with insurance ever since. They asked for another estimate from this place - and the girl actually REFUSED to give me one. She said they didn't keep the original. Said she wouldn't give me another one u less I put it in the shop RIGHT NOW. I told her I'm still dealing with insurance - she gave me BS excuses why she wouldn't get out of her chair and help me. Mind you- the original estimate took her all of 3 minutes. They have told us three times that my car was complete and each time it was not complete and now even more things are broke on my vehicle and they are refusing to fix anything at all!!! It's a hard lesson learned - use Collision Max on Watauga Rd at your own risk! Took a vehicle there the first of April for repairs. It was up to us to call and check status. I know parts are hard to come by and are on back order. They always had an excuse. On August 15 after another phone call that I made, I find out that they couldn't get it to quit throwing codes. Called insurance - insurance called "Holly" and told her to send it to dealership for those repairs. Thinking all was taking care of, I called Sept 2 to check status. It was then that "Holly" informed me that it wasn't their job to take it to a dealership. They were simply a 'body shop'!!! Called insurance and told them. They told me to have it towed to dealership. I asked why they didn't call us. "Holly" informed me they called the insurance company earlier in the week. Insurance says they didn't. Started to pull out the payment from wallet. THEY DON"T TAKE CREDIT CARD! It was then that "Holly" stated payment must be made by cashier check and that she told me that. She never told me that! They were paid to put a new wheel cover on and a license plate bracket. Neither were done. I have since found out that they are the bad about finishing the job. read more

UPDATE: after posting my honest review, they now refuse to honor their agreement to pay a portion of my rental car unless I remove my review. That sounds like extortion and is an indicator of how these people operate. UPDATE 2: Realized after driving to a restaurant with my husband that the passenger seatbelt was not installed correctly. I had to take it back to be corrected. Update 3: After a heavy rain, realized the roof was leaking. Took the car back for a third time and they advised me the sun roof tube "slipped out". Worst car repair experience ever! Although my deductible of $500 was paid I was out $400+ in car rental fees and ended up having to pay $157 for a new battery on my 2 year old car. My rental cost was $800+ but after I complained that it was clear they hadn't worked on my car a few weeks they agreed to pay $400 of the rental car bill. Car was turned in for a repair 5/16/17 and was not ready until 7/12/17. I was originally told it was "no problem" that my repair would be completed within the 30 days allotted by my insurance company for a car rental. They provide zero customer service and don't follow up when promised. They provide no status updates and somehow they lost my paperwork so in order to get there one sheet warranty I had to backdate a form. They admitted that they didn't know when my car had been received because of how poorly their shop in NRH. When I went to pick up my car my license plate was not attached and they acted like they were doing me a favor in trying to find screws to hold it in place. Helllooo! I gave it to you with the license plates attached that's how I should have received it. Even worse my car battery was dead and the car is only 2 years old. They told me they thought the guys who cleaned it probably did so with the car still running. Thanks a lot morons! They gave me a jump and told me that the battery should be charged on the 20 minute freeway trip home. Unfortunately my car was out of gas and because I figured something else may go wrong I ended up driving to an auto parts store near my house where when I parked the battery was dead. They tested it and it was dead and when they went in to swap it for a new one they asked me if I had engine work done because the battery was not properly secured. I explained the only repairs were cosmetic. This place is sketchy and in hearing the employees gripe its clear there's a lack of accountability and leadership at this place. Employees blame one another for their mistakes and aren't even bright enough to place you on hold before they complain to one another about the owner. I live in Dallas, but my parents live in Fort Worth. My mom drove by this business and suggested it to me because they can help you save money on your deductible (often times, letting you keep it all together). It was something I was nervous about since my damage was caused by a hit and run. Not only did they repair the damage, wash AND wax my car, they also detailed the INTERIOR of the car! And for someone who transports her shedding dogs everywhere, it was a hairy mess. It practically looked brand new again. This was my first ever insurance claim and they were so helpful. They even called enterprise for me. It took two weeks to do but every time I called the man on the phone was very polite and helpful. The quality of repair work on my vehicle was superb. However, there were a few issues with the overall experience that soured me greatly on this location. They over promised and under delivered, very little communication on their part. and last no attention to details. On each occasion I called they had no idea on the progress or what stage of work was completed. Let me begin with the first issue, I was quoted 2 1/2 weeks to compete the work, It took 4 weeks to complete the work. The day I picked up my vehicle was when I learned the work was not complete. 2 parts were not replaced because they had not received the parts and it would take an additional 7-8 days for them to receive said parts. I had to schedule another appointment to install parts. They could not tel me how long installation would take. However work was completed within a day. Let's move onto a lack of attention to detail. The interior of my vehicle had a layer of dust top to bottom that was left by them. Items in my glove box were removed and left on the passenger floorboard. No attempt on their part to make it right. 2 parts on interior driver door were not properly secured I had to point out this issue to them so they could secure the unsecured parts on the next visit. They highly encouraged a deposit of half the total amount to order parts and to start the work, which I provided. Upon delivery of the vehicle I paid the remaining balance even though the work was not fully complete. All parts were installed properly. Quality of work was great. Wish I didn't have to give 1 star! Horrible!!! They "repaired" my truck in a week! the paint job was Horrible and there was HAIR under the clear coat! The manager Justin asked me to leave it another day so they could fix it. It looked worst after they "fixed" it!!! I took it back again at 8am and they said it would be done by 530pm.... I just (2:20pm) drove by the shop and my truck hadn't moved! I went in and asked them how's everything going, they said great, then I told him my truck is parked in the same spot. Justin storms out the office saying he's going to kill him if he hasn't started. OF COURSE, they hadn't!!! So he promised me again, it'll be done by 530pm which means sanding down the hood (F250) repainting it, letting it dry, replacing a part that doesn't fit properly (which I don't believe they've even ordered yet,) and repairing the f**ked up paint job on the fender... all in 3hrs!!! Don't try to save your deposit/deductible... It honestly is not worth the trouble... Go to Service King or Calliber Collision. With friends, references and close family including myself... We've gone through these three companies... And this company is by far the worst and sketchiest of the three... They promised O.E M products and to bite the deposit/deductible. I called and made appointments with the three and all the companies are maybe a dollar or two difference in price... But main reasons to select a collision company is for one 1) Respecting the customer... 2) Stay true to your word 3) Quality 4) Time it takes to complete the job 5) any rental or help to get a car to drive in the time being... Etc... And 6) cleanliness. And from those companies I tell you the truth that this one falls short in every category... They promised to fix my one light that had a small fracture on the very edge of the light... Said it would cost anywhere from $500-800 per light so I said no... It's ok do not change it out! Leave it alone... Why? Because I was afraid that they would take my two lights out and replace them with cheap lights such as HIDs... And they did... They took both my lights... And after I noticed I confronted them and they said they were "sorry" and there's no way to put back old lights because they "threw them away..." Really? Haha! Those were brand new lights! Nothing damaged other than a small cut line the size of a 1/4 of an inch! Everything held in place and you couldn't even recognize the cut unless you seriosser we're up close to it! My lights are dinner and not even adjusted and bounce all throughout the night.... And it's not even tightened... I'm just waiting for it to fall out of place do that I can call corporate because management wouldn't do anything... Promise me... Save the trouble... Go to Service King! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I recently had hail damage, so I took my car to them and they said it would take about 3 weeks. Which is more than average for a Honda Civic. I accepted and after the third week I had not received any call or message of any kind so I called them. They said that they had sent a fax to my insurance 2 weeks ago and were still waiting for a response; they had not worked on my car at all during this time. After the insurance finally gave them what they asked for they said it would take about another week. So after a week I called again, they said about another week. This continued until the seventh week after I gave them my car. When they finally said it was ready it had several scratches on the body and was in no way acceptable. They took another week to fix those. 8 weeks! To fix hail damage on a Civic! This would not have been such a terrible experience if they had been honest with me, instead of saying it will be ready in a week. I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had an estimate done here due to damage to my passenger side mirror. The price was ridiculous but, only because the part costed so much. The lady told me to go to a pick n ppl or eBay and see if I could find the part cheaper. I was like ok that's cool they are trying to save me money. So I found apart on eBay and bought it and went back up there. I stood at the front for 15 minutes before she came to the front. They I explained I found the part can you guys put it on for me. She said "no we don't have the time". Haha I was taken backk for a minute like what? You don't have the time to fix my car? It would take 15 minutes to due and you get $50 for it? Avoid this "Business" at all cost. They deserve zero stars. This is the most dishonest, unprofessional business i have ever been to. If you dont mind having additional damages done to your vehicle on top of the original repairs not being done, then fo here. I called Collision Maxx on June 13th and spoke with Kevin regarding repairs that needed to be completed from an accident due to being a referral and was told that they could do the work and would waive the deductible. My car was picked up the same day. I was told my car would be ready in 3 weeks. On June 19th I was called by my adjusted and was informed that the shop had done nothing to my car and he was unable to inspect and make payment. I called the shop and was informed by the shop manager Michael that another adjuster would be out soon. June 19th I called the shop after speaking with my adjuster and was told by the shop manager that the payment was received from the ins co and that parts would be ordered and received by Friday. I called 6:30 and spoke with Michael again who said that the parts was received and due to the 4th of July holiday, the mechanic would work on my car on the 5th and that it would be ready for pick up on 7/7. I called again on 7/7 and was told once again by the shop manager that the mechanic would work on it and it would be sent for alignment on 7/8 to be ready for pickup on 7/11. On 7/11 I come up to the shop to pick up my car and was told that it was not ready, I asked to go look at my car. After seeing my car it was clear that it has not been touched since the day they got it. It was covered with layers of dust inside and out due to windows being down. I became upset Michael the shop manager then said he will have my car 100% complete on 7/18 (which I have him recorded saying). Nothing was done to my car, the axle was to be replaced, the wheel was supposed to have been sent off, the bumper was suppose to be replaced. On 7/18 @ 12:20pm I go to collision maxx to pick up my car, I see it sitting outside still covered in dirt. Michael comes out and says that the car is not done, said the axle was replaced but the were "unable" to put it on the alignment machine due to being lowered. The wheels were not sent off and now I noticed that there was a hug crack in my windshield. I became highly upset and was told that they would not do the remaining repairs and for me to take it somewhere else. I asked for a refund for a the work they were paid for that wasn't done and for my windshield to be replaced. I was told that I would need to talk to the owner. I came back that afternoon to take my car and I spoke with the owner who was extremely rude, he asked me why did I even bring my car to his shop. He then leaves and I spoke with the front desk clerk holly and I told her I want to be paid for my windshield. holly called the owner and he said for me to find a place closer to me and he would pay. Also that I would have to come back on Friday for my refund check. After taking my car home and doing a full inspection due to being rushed from the shop I pop the hood and notice that the battery cover is broken as well. I text Holly a picture of the damages and was told that the manager would call me. And it has been 2 months and still no call back even after multiple calls. AVOID AT ALL COST read more

DO NOT take your car to this repair facility! Back in May I had them repair front driver side damage to my vehicle. When I picked my car up there was additional damage that was caused by the shop. When I requested a rental for the time they would have my vehicle, they refused a rental. This was an issue due to the fact that I am a state auditor and use my car for work. So I had to pay an additional day out of pocket for my rental. When I picked my vehicle up it was still was missing the pinstripes and my door handle on the inside was broken. They did put the pinstripes on about three weeks later which I lost day of work. The owner refused to fix my door handle until my Geico adjuster got involved. The repairs were made to my vehicle three months later. The door handle was replaced Which I missed another day of work and had to have someone pick me up because it was going to take them several hours. The door handle is still broken or has been replaced incorrectly, and now when I close my door the panels on the in side rattle. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!!! This was the worst experience I ever had. I brought my truck here because I was trying to save my deductible and ended up being the worst decision EVER. The damage I had was a dent on the side of the truck bed. Nothing major. I dropped my truck off on a Tuesday and i was told it would be ready by the end of the week. I called on Friday and was told it would be ready Monday. I called on Monday and they said they haven't even touched it yet because they was waiting on a part to come in. I use my truck for work so I am now losing money on wages the longer they keep it. I was told once again it will be ready at the end of the week. I call at the end of the week and now they say they waiting on more money from my insurance and was told once insurance approves it should take a couple days. I called my insurance the same day and was told it was approved and everything was good to go. Couple days later I call Collision maxx and was told they are short staffed and they have other cars in front of my truck and are just now starting on my truck but once again it will be ready at the end of the week smh. So this makes the third time I'm told it will be ready at the end of the week and mind you I have now lost about 1500$ in wages as I have not been able use my truck. And I had to turn in my rental car because I was already paying 150$ out of pocket and didn't not want to pay any more. I call Collision maxx at the end of the week once more and was told they haven't even painted it yet and it wouldn't be ready till the following week. Finally at the end of the following week my truck was done. I picked it up and it paint does not match and the I am missing the bed liner on the new bed part. But I can't afford the time to have them fix it again so I'm just gonna have to live with it. So basically I took my truck to get fixed with the expectation it will be done in 4 days and save 250$ deductible. The reality was it took about 4 weeks and although I didn't not have to pay the 250$ deductible, I lost 2k in wages and had to pay 150$ for my car rental. Still had to bum rides around for about 2 weeks and give money for gas to friends and family. Def not worth it. Do your self a favor and just pay the deductible and take your car to caliber collision or some place like that. Side note- one girl in the office I think her name is layla was very pleasant and helpful the whole time. As for the other office girl I think is named heather was rude and and seemed like she could care less of my situation. I was referred to Collision Maxx and I regret taking my vehicle there for extensive hail damage repairs. I dropped my vehicle of around 5 pm on 03/28/2016 and wasn't given an ETA on when my vehicle would be completed but with an insurance check in hand of almost $8,000 I assumed they would get to work soon. My insurance called me on 04/09 to let me know the shop had requested a supplement of about $700, which they had provided, and ETA of 04/13. I never received a call from Collision Maxx on any of the information my insurance provided so I waited until 04/14 to reach out to them. I received some excuses about delayed payment from insurance, which I stated was not true as I had already spoken with my insurance, and then another excuse regarding the PDR not being able to get all the dents out of my roof and doors. I'm sure Robert could tell my frustration as he stated my vehicle would be done by end of next week, 04/22. I am then informed that the rental car I am using needs to be returned by 04/21 which prompts me to call the shop on 04/18. Again, I am met with excuses about paint and special pinstripe detail work which will now cause my vehicle to not be ready for another week. If I would have known it required over a month to complete the repairs I would have gladly taken my vehicle to another shop. I am extremely disappointed in Collision Maxx due to the lack of communication, the constant excuses, and extended time it took to repair my vehicle. I would not recommend Collision Maxx to anyone. UPDATE 05/27/2016 I picked up my vehicle on 05/03. I had finally received my vehicle back after 36 days. Unfortunately I took my vehicle back on 05/05 for the paint and pinstripe to be re-done. Not to mention they damaged my vehicle and returned it extremely dirty. They didn't even bother to clean the dirty fingerprints on my ceiling lining. I spoke with Don & Holly regarding my disappointment of the condition of my vehicle and was assured that everything would be addressed and corrected. I picked up my vehicle yesterday, 05/26 around 5:45 pm for the second time. To my surprise my vehicle was completely re-done. The pinstripe looks great and my car was cleaned well. There are a few places in the paint that have imperfections but after 56 days of not having a vehicle I am willing to overlook those imperfections. Don stated I could go whenever I had time to get these imperfections addressed. UPDATE 06/06/2016 The paint on my vehicle's roof is cracking and looks as though it is melting off. Holly & Don both apologized and stated my vehicle would get repainted. I took my vehicle in on 06/04 for Don to look at it and he stated he would get me a rental vehicle on Monday and have my vehicle's roof repainted. I received a phone call from Mike, shop owner, who demanded I remove my Google review if I wanted him to "pay additional money out of his own pocket" to get me a rental. Mike cursed and yelled during our conversation and when I asked, "Does the quality of service and work on my vehicle rely on the removal of my Google review?" Mike insisted that I was not listening to him and that he wants the review removed if he would pay for a rental. He mentioned that the warranty covers the paint but he did not have to pay additional money for a rental. I asked why I was offered a rental by Don if this was not a possibility without the removal of my Google review. Mike said it should have been told to me that the rental was depending on the removal of the review. I told Mike it did not seem as though he, as the owner, wanted me to have a good experience with his shop and that I would have to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. He stated he could not do anything about that and asked if I was dropping off my vehicle today. Needless to say I was extremely frustrated and disappointed after this phone conversation. My repairs were almost $9000, my car was in the shop for almost a month and the final experience with Collission Maxx was bad. BAD. The front office person is terrifying, alternately helpful and hateful. They promised to bring me my car when it wasn't ready on schedule. That didn't happen. I had to call multiple times and then Uber to the shop (2nd time in 2 days) to get my car. Car mats were missing (still are), car was filthy and the office assistant told me she couldn't find her vacuum. New large scratch on one of the doors. When I asked to see the receipt, she threatened to leave and let me "get your car next week". Seriously, it was AWFUL. There were still a ton of screws in the front console and dust everywhere. The front window sounds like a hive of bees are trying to get through. I would never recommend. read more

Got my Miata fixed here and they did an excellent job and were very fast and nice. They even helped me out on getting a rental after I had been at my wits end with the insurance company trying to reserve me one. When I picked up my car it looked good as new and sparkly and clean. read more

If i could give negative stars, i would. They had my truck for a month and only repaired 2 doors. When i went to pickup my vehicle, the door wasnt aligned properly, interior trim was ripped off and laying in the backseat and they stole my stereo equipment. Will never return to this company nor will i ever reccomend them to anyone. Worst service ever!!! read more

This is an update to my review below, which was written and posted in late November, 2015. I received a call from Robert, the new office manager at the Collision Maxx North Richland Hills location a few days after I was turned away. He told me that they had located my misfiled paperwork and that they would be happy to replace my broken door handle, free of charge. He said he would order the new part and call me when it came in. I got a call two days later and was told the part had arrived and I was asked to bring my car in and drop it off. Robert told me that he anticipated my repair to be completed at the end of the next day, (paint drying being the subjective.) He called me just when he said he would and told me that my repair was complete and my car was ready to be picked up. I didn't have a ride, so Robert offered to come pick me up. I have to admit, their body and paint man does an exceptional job at matching up paint. I believe that my initial experience was simply a misunderstanding, and I would recommend Collision Maxx to those in need of paint and body work. Posted by Charles P. Altman on 12/14/15 We took our 1999 Buick Park Avenue to the newer Collision Maxx location at 6404 N. Davis Blvd. In North Richland Hills and dealt with B J, who manages both locations. We have a door handle that you lift up to open. The metal catch had broken off, so the door wouldn't open. The fix was simple-remove the inner door panel, remove the old handle, replace with (what I was led to believe was) a new GM door handle, which had to be painted. They completed the job on March 19, 2015. I paid $263 and left with my "lifetime warranty" in hand. The same "GM" handle they replaced, broke again in mid November 2015. This is a one man shop. He came outside, gave it a jiggle and told me "Yup, it broke again." I left a copy of the original receipt with him, and he led me to believe that they would order another handle and call me when it came in. I got a call three days later while I was out of town. When I got back to town on Nov. 30th, I went to their office. The guy behind the desk was told by B J that they couldn't repair my vehicle. I asked why not, since it's a GM part, I'm sure they'll replace it. He said he didn't know where they got the part. I then asked him what if I pay for labor? He told me "we don't want the job." I have never written a bad post in my life, however I feel people need to be advised of the dishonesty and poor workmanship at Collision Max in NRH. Collision Max in NRH. Took my 2014 Pathfinder there to get a door ding fixed on the driver side passenger door. I should have stuck with my gut and went with my usual guys, but the Manager seemed nice enough so I gave them a chance. Big mistake! Picked up my car and after washing it I noticed that the paint on the driver's front door was bubbled, had runs in it, and the inside of the front door had what I thought was wax, however it will not come off. I assumed they had buffed it, and the wax was just normal. Took it back to them and they at first denied even working on the front door but the painter/body guy finally admitted that something leaked on it. The Manager comes over and admits this as well; he said they had roof work done, and not only did it leak on the front door, but the front fender. He said he thought they sanded it down and fixed it. The owner said they would repair this but they would not give me a rental. The Manager did offer to split the cost of the rental car with me out of his own pocket, but I feel I shouldn't be out anything, and I do not have a "spare" car. My vehicle would not be in this shape had it not been for their shop. They should have been upfront and told me that something leaked on my car and fixed it when they had it the first time. After I figured out something was wrong myself, they should fix it and pay for the rental since it's their dishonesty that put me in this situation in the first place. I've been to this place several times for estimates. They are the NICEST people ever. Any of the employees that walks by you stops and makes a point to introduce themselves and ask how you are. They're superb and swift customer service is the reason I will always go straight to them and recommend them to anyone in need of car repair. The employees may be nice but the owner is HORRIBLE and a person who is only after making money and not making the customers happy. I feel bad for the people who work for him, he is a truly bad person. The work is below average and he will tell you something and then say he didn't say it and never does what he says in the beginning he will do. I usually don't write reviews but when I take my car into a body shop, I expect for it to be better than what it was, not worse. Long story short, they kept my car for an extremely long time, never gave me any updates about when the car was going to get fixed. And what was the worst part was that when I picked up the car, the battery was completely dead and they acted like it happened that day and they had no idea. THEY KEPT MY FREAKING CAR FOR 3 FREAKING WEEKS AND DIDN'T MOVE IT. Any person who has a brain knows that you gotta move a car and you can't keep it idle for 3 weeks. They just told me to drive to Auto Zone and get it charged; like I have an hour to kill sitting at Auto Zone and like I don't have a job to go back to. They could have given me a heads up so I didn't go to pick up my car when I had a client to go see right after. Then when I called, twice, to tell them the issues I was having with my car, they acted so nonchalant about it like it wasn't their problem. Never apologized for allowing my car battery to die and creating such a huge inconvenience. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. read more
