If I could give this place a zero or even a negative rating I absolutely would. I called around to several places to get the information I needed after my accident. The front passenger corner was affected. There was no damage to the hood or passenger door at all. So I made my decision to go with Collision Maxx because of my conversation with Holly. She had made me feel confident that they would take care of me. After sending her the photos of my vehicle she assured me that it would take approximately 2 weeks. Long story made really short is I started calling on a regular basis after the 2 weeks passed(once a week) to get an update. Holly became very irritated with my phone calls and actually told me that. 3 months later after these calls and frustration I was able to finally pick up my vehicle. Let me tell you I to this day cannot understand how my back license plate was mangled. I was hit in the front. They had thrown all of my belongings and floor mats in the trunk. When I questioned Holly about this and the tinting on my windows was now bubbled she just cowardly jumped in her vehicle and drove away. I can not stress to anyone enough that I would steer clear of this business. I still have issues with my vehicle's engine as it now drives as a standard instead of the automatic vehicle it is.

Randy Munguia the General Manager took care of everything - Joanna at the front desk coordinated the rent car, keep me updated, they send text messages to let you how far along they are so there is no guessing when they will be finished. I had some dents, scratches that had been on the car years I alwasy intended someday to fix, that were starting to rust, and some other issues but Randy did more than that even though I paid about a 1K for those repairs and paint, he even polished my haelights and I didn't ask for that nor did he charge me. This is a 2012 Honda Accord LX-P (WHITE) 4 door and I almost thought they repainted the whole thing. They buffed out the paint and with the other work that was done it almost looks like a new car the day I drove it off the lot. If you didn't know better it you'd think it was garage keep and only driven on Sunday's. Even the neighbors thought I got a new car and my wife thought they repainted it. I can only say they will get any business for body work I ever have in the future. The Back Story: I had some damaged caused by a parking stop at a Dental office that was also the location of the property management company. A piece of rebar sticking up caught under the air foil and pulled off the bumper, the underneath cover, and the left wheel tire cover - almost all of the underneath all from one piece of rebar - yeah that's right. I couldn't believe it. I barely pulled over it, I didn't see it as it was at night but trying to back off slowly it just made it worse I think. Their insurance company (Liberty) sent me to Gerber one of the newer collision repair places in Texas. they are a northern based company out of Chicago but the parent company is in Canada. Having only one experience at a collision repair place (Service King (never again) off of Rufe Snow) Gerber is across the street. Go to Gerber.
