My truck was dropped on 10/18/22 to be worked on for a warranty covered repaint and accident repair as they said they had the parts ready. It was said to be done on 11/23, then pushed back to 11/30/22. On 11/30/22, they called to push back to 12/7/22. On 12/7/22, it still was not complete. I got my truck back on 12/10/22. Work was not done as it should've been as shown in the pictures. They also damaged existing paint, damaged a door handle trim, didn't do the driver door as stated on the paperwork etc. read more

DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!! This has been one of the worst experiences in my entire life. I'm not one to write bad reviews I usually just let it go and move on with my life but my service at Collision works was an entire new level of terrible. So I had gone to them before to fix my Tesla model 3 and the entire bottom fell off my car because then put on the wrong size panel so I had to take the car back and I had already returned my rental so I was left without transportation for an entire 2 days. After that I got my car hit again about a year later and I had it towed to Collision works just because I know that they where close to the accident site, biggest mistake OF MY LIFE. What came after was months of torture trying to get my car back from this place, they had my car for an entire 2 months and kept getting the "oh it will be ready next week" repeatedly, and when I FINALLY got it back I had to bring it back in almost immediately because they didn't fix the alignment correctly. That was about a month ago, fast forward to today when I take my car BACK into the shop because the alignment is STILL HAVING PROBLEMS, they told me that were not going to work on my car and to call my insurance and take it somewhere else. The staff was RUDE and the service was TERRIBLE. If you value your car, your time, or your money , DO NOT GO HERE IT IS A NIGHTMARE. read more

I totally recommend! So let me tell you from the beginning. I got into a car accident, someone rear ended me. My insurance recommended this auto repair shop. I listened to them & came here. Everyone here is super friendly. & when I say everyone, I mean EVERYONE. So polite! So helpful! Did a quick estimate & I was back in a few days (I was waiting for the insurance approval on the estimate) to drop off my car. They called me 24 hours later & told me my car would be finished in a few hours. Yay! Faster then what the estimated! But that's not even the best part... When I came, my car looked brand new. Like, off the lots brand new! They did detailing to my car! They fixed the damages and it looks as if it was never there! They cleaned down every inch of my car inside and out. I had dirty hello kitty floor mats, THEY SCRUBBED THAT DOWN TOO! Wow I was so amazed. It felt like I literally bought a brand new car again. Lol I went inside my car and it felt so clean and fresh and new. My overall experience was great! During my waiting times in the office there was a lady there who was so friendly and she chit chatted with me while I was waiting! :) I love the friendly atmosphere. This shop does not honor the warranty on their work. I was in a fender bender and had my repairs done at this shop because my insurance company recommended it. About a year later the paint on my hood started to chip where the repair was made. The clear coat and paint chipped down to the bare metal. I brought the car back to the shop October 2022 and they said they would fix it under warranty but they had to file a claim with their insurance first. Since that date till now, 3.5 months, I've been told over and over again that they are still waiting to hear back from their insurance. They don't even answer my emails anymore. I think they are trying to ignore me till the two years on the warranty runs out or till i just give up. Take your car somewhere else. read more

Window was broken into the night before. I was quoted $470 just to replace the passenger side window and about 1-2 days. I thought the price was steep so I shopped around and ended up going down the street to International Auto Glass Window and Tint and they did it in about 2 hours for $150. My guess is they would bring the car there themselves and pocket the difference. read more

Devin and the crew at Collison Works are awesome. I was referred to them by my insurance company after my GMC Envoy (to which I have a great sentimental attachment) was involved in a hit and run. After having my vehicle towed in, Devin provided a prompt and thorough initial estimate and called within a couple of hours with the final estimate and detailed explanation. The hit and run occurred on a Monday, with the tow and estimate were the next day. Devin advised the repairs would likely be completed by the following Thursday. To my surprise, I received a call on Tuesday, exactly one week later, that my car was ready to go. These guys repaired my 2006 Envoy to an almost new-looking condition and explained again all the work that was done. Not only did they fix her up, they also have her a full wash and detail, all in less time than anticipated. I would certainly recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs or other body work. I came into Collision Works to get an estimate to repair a large dent to my Honda's rear bumper. I had gotten quotes from 2 other shops that would've cost me close to $1000 for a full repair that would've taken 3+ days. Devin suggested we try to just pull out the dent first to see if that would suffice instead of a full resurfacing and repainting of the bumper. I said yes, and his team did the work in only an hour. It turned out great and saved me a ton of money and time! I will definitely be back. This is an honest, friendly shop that won't rake you over the coals to try to make a buck. read more

Never again. I would never recommend this body shop to anyone it has been a nightmare from the day I drop my car off until I received it back. I had to take my car back to this body shop 4 times. It is Progressive's preferred shop because Progressive can jerk them around and make them do almost anything perhaps not fixing your car is at the top of the list. So, my car started out with a little fender damage damage and I have a rear end to the bumper. It was really something small and didn't need a lot of work the total damages was approximately $2500 and I had a $1000 deductible. They insisted that I pay them in cash or they wanted to take it from my debit card. They simply said we don't take checks. After paying the $1000 deductible they pulled my car around and I got in my car and drove it home. Once I got home I inspected the car and saw that it was a horrible job of what they called blending the hood. So the next day I called them and took my car back they begin to tell me with the Progressive adjuster that there was no damage to my car and my eyes were really lying to me. I told the adjuster because he was so nasty that I didn't need him anymore and that I will get his manager to finish. The third time I came back the manager says we really don't see much wrong with your car but we want to make you happy and we will get it fixed. So this time they took my car and did some more work to it it was still in horrible shape. I went home and came back again the next day and asked the adjusters manager to be there. So now I am back for the fourth time finally they went on and said that they would buff the hood and try to fix it out because they wanted to make sure that I was happy. So they asked me to hang around for a few hours and they would have the work completed I came back and the car was finished. It looked acceptable but the work was still extremely shabby. If I have to say this was a body shop I would be lying through my teeth. This is a place that progressive can do anything it wants to and when they decide to not spend a additional penny they don't. Please, please do not take your car here it will be a extremely bad experience. read more

Work on the vehicle was good but there were minor items that still needed fixed after the car was released back to me. The shop was supposed to schedule the service to be completed but it's been nearly 4 weeks since I've picked up the vehicle & I am still waiting for a call to finish the service. I've called multiple times over the weeks and spoken with their team to get the work done but nothing has happened. The lack of communication from the shop has frustrated me enough that if I find myself in need of another vehicle repair I'll be going somewhere else. read more

With Collision works I feel as if they overestimate so that they can ensure your car will be ready ASAP and when you expect it. They estimated me 1 week on a Friday so I called on Thursday morning asking if my car could possibly be done first thing in the morning to pick up before work. They said they would do their best and follow up with me if possible. They called me later in the afternoon and said it was possible. There are not words -- my insurance company suggested Collision Works. This was the second "incident" in my beloved Porsche. The first was handled by a high end Beverly Hills company. Makes no difference where the shop is physically located. Collision Works gets the award. On time. Better than new. It was obvious they put their heart in to their work. The incident occurred nearly a year ago. Then we had the pandemic. I stopped living and clearning the car. Clearly it looked like a rolling junkmobile. I am not proud of that but it is a statement of fact. They treated it like it had the potential to again be a beautiful car. What a job they did. They found dings and dents I didn't even know were there. I said If you find it, fix it. They did. And the interior........Seriously. the interior. A client spilled an entire bottle of aspirin in the passenger seat. Couple that with the water they used to clean it up -- giant mess. All gone. My reservation -- I love love love my insurance company. They told me that if I took it to Collision Works there would be no questions on the billing. I didn't understand. But I had insurance and non-insurance work done. I found the price to be fair and the work to be over the top perfect. And the staff. So today I believe I will go to Simones and get Cronuts for the staff. I am confident they will not get cronut crumbs in the high end cars they are working on. And an aside -- the high end Beverly Hills company wanted to send the black rims out to be touched up. $400 per rim. 2 weeks to return. Collision Works provided me with the information for a company who will come to my office and repair my self inflicted dings. While I wait/work. Nothing in it for them other than a huge thank you and perhaps another cronut delivery. The front office is perfect. The repair side is perfect. The management has the patience needed for the eccentric car owners who have been in an accident. Their flyers will be shared with every employee in my company. A whole lot of nice cars and a whole lot of challenged drivers. THANK YOU COLLISION WORKS. read more

I never ever write a good review for a repair shop because they're never 100% honest with me. I find myself leaving the shops feeling robbed or scammed. I'm sure many of you can agree. Devon has been nothing but awesome during my two visits from two different accidents. Devon took care of my first accident which was initially handled completely carelessly by LA CAR GUYS in inglewood (had a horrendous experience, wouldn't even wish on an enemy) *they ended up making MORE damages on my car and even went as low as stealing my belonging... I could go on and on*. I still think about that horrible company and it gives me headache. Apparently my car loves getting hit by elders... so I came back to Collision Works shortly after my first accident (which was only within 5-6 months). Within few days, I picked up my car feeling completely satisfied. Long Beach is a 45 minute drive from where I live but I will still go out of my way to come here from now on. BUT, I hope I won't have to come back anytime soon... hoping never. So......I drove the bf's truck and did something terrible...I crashed it! It was pure tragedy! Thank goodness Collision Works was there to rescue me. This facility is large and very clean. The staff are efficient, courteous, and friendly. They responded to all of my concerns quickly and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
