In fact, last year we were going to pick up one car from them and we were hit from behind by another car on the way there. Today, though, I'm writing because, of their customer service team. It really deserves a shout out. Uniquely outstanding. I've had great recent experiences with Jonathan and James, but every one I've dealt with is polite and professional. It's also worth noting something about this business that you don't see very often. I've come in with a few small issues that I would have paid if they told me it was needed. But instead, staff just looked at and made an adjustment. It's refreshing to work with a business where it doesn't feel like they are trying to get as many possible dollars out of your wallet. I love my car. I personally wash it every month and ceramic coated it myself when I first bought it. So when I was rear ended and needed to find a repair shop, I did a lot of research. I specifically wanted a Tesla-certified shop and reached out to three. Collision Works was the quickest to respond and seemed the most knowledgeable. I also have some aftermarket lights that needed to be transferred to the replacement parts, and they put my mind at ease that they could handle it. I dropped off the car, and a week later it was ready. The entire staff was pleasant and communicated well throughout the process. At pickup, I did a thorough inspection and was really happy with the work. The trunk lid and rear bumper were replaced and painted, and they successfully transferred my aftermarket lights to the new parts. The car was also cleaned inside and out, and they even topped off a low tire. The attention to detail was above and beyond. I can't recommend Collision Works enough. read more

10/10!! Quick and fast service. My car was in a collision on the frwy and was towed to an unwanted CHP tow yard. Collision works worked fast to tow my car out of the yard within 20 mins. Tow truck driver was very professional and had all necessary paperwork ready for the CHP tow yard. Same day, received an estimate. This place has the best communication as well. Staff is very nice and friendly. They were also able to get my trunk open and held onto my personal belongings from my car until I was able to obtain them a few days later. My wife's model y has been here three times unfortunately. Two times for accidents. They are a certified (Tesla) repair shop and work with Enterprise rentals. Who offer free shuttle service. Collision Works has great customer service and the work is top notch, they always come through for us. And they finish the work ahead of schedule or on time. I've brought my Tesla here now three times and I always walk out with the feeling of having a brand new car! The first time I came in was due to a huge accident. They walked me through the whole process, helped get me in a rental, and gave me updates throughout the duration of the car being in the shop. Once my car was fixed, I realized that my steering wheel would shake while I'm on the freeway so I called them and told them the situation. They told me to bring it in right away and fixed it basically on the spot. The third time was just this past week when I had to fix the rear of my car due to a small dent. I can't say nothing but amazing things about the staff (Jonathan, Minerva, and Lorena) for being so friendly, informative, communicative, and just making sure we know what is going on with the vehicle at all times. They are also super efficient and my car has always been ready for pick up sooner than what they initially tell me. They even washed my car and when I picked it up today, I was in shock of how clean and shiny it was!! If only all businesses ran the way they do! Thank you everyone at Collisionworks. Brought my car in for an estimate appointment for a second opinion as the body shop connected to the Honda dealer gave me an estimate of $2000 and a three month wait. I was planning on paying for the repair myself as I didn't want our insurance rates to go up and I have a high deductible anyway. I was greeted by Joshua who was very friendly and respectful. He asked me if I wanted a perfect fender or to simply reattach the loose fender. The fender looked fine. It had simply come loose when it bumped into a high curb. He examined the car and determined the fender simply needed a new clip. Within 10 minutes he reattached it and sent me on my merry way without a charge. Amazing! No upselling and no use of dire warnings on what might happen if I didn't order a new part. I greatly appreciate his honesty and I will be happy to bring our cars in for any future body repairs. My 2021 model Y was sent here from Tesla to repair damages and they left my car a mess. They scratches both tail lights they half ass the repairs. They made little to no attempt color match the paint the original paint from Tesla is a pearl white they patched it Up with regular white paint hoping no one would notice they also chipped the original paint and felt they don't have to inform the client that they damages the vehicle. The Interior and dash board were left dusty and dirty from the sanding they did the least they could of done was pass over it with a cloth towel to clean it. Absolute mess stay away from here or find a better repair shop that actually cares about repairs and has integrity and do good work read more

So honest and So kind. I am tearing up with gratitude for Jonathan and his courtesy and honesty. Brought my new Lexus in for under chassis problem. First, Jonathan provided an estimate lower than I've ever heard, labor and parts included. Since the car is drivable, I asked if he could patch it up for now. He promptly asked his technicians to do so and then called Lexus to see when they could get the parts. As we talked about it, Jonathan told me that the problem is purely cosmetic in an area that I won't even see and will not affect the car's function or durability and that he has basically fixed it while "patching it up" - so I really don't really have to do the additional repair. I have a 74,000 mileage 2008 Mercedes which was hit in the back drivers side. The damage looked minimal. We took to Collision Works for an estimate of repair. After 2 weeks, we were told Collision Works Totaled the car. With damage almost invisible, we looked at the estimate paperwork & just had to gag over the inclusion of work to the done one the headliner & work to be done on the skyligh. A new right side panel was needed because it had a small dent without any paint damage. We took an insurance settlement to take back our car. We had driven the car in, but now were told we must have a TOW TRUCK to remove the car. If that's not enough, we were being billed $250.00 for an unauthorized removal of the bumper. After hours on the phone the insurance agreed to pay the $250.00 to Collision Works, our bumper was put back with a temporary fix, so the car could be driven home. A friend fixed the dent in the rear panel in fifteen minutes---surprise, no new panel needed. We now are looking for an honest garage to make sure our car in safe. Apparently coming here to get an estimate on your vehicle is a waste of their time. That is word for word what I was told. Even though I specifically asked over the phone if I could bring it here and leave with something on paper without leaving the car. I was told it would be rough but "yes it's possible". Do not let this company contact your insurance they will do their best to take as much money as they can, and completely leave you out of the loop. My insurance estimated a $3,000 fix and whatever these people sent in trying to rack up the price basically totaled my car. Didn't even update me on estimates or anything the whole week . I'm not saying my car was perfect but the mechanics of it were fine , just the body needed to be fixed and they were tearing up the whole front half of my car and now is UNDRIVABLE . Went here because of good reviews but staff were rude and had no apathy for absolutely destroying my car. I'm worse off now than I was before . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ! They just want your money! Super professional, clean shop and fast! The service here is excellent. I recently had all four wheels of car stolen. The thieves left my car sitting on bricks and there were body panel concerns. Once at the shop, they explained the issues they saw and how they planned to fix. I opted to purchase the wheels on my own and they helped me be aware of proper things to look for to ensure the new wheels fit - such as off set and backspacing. Huge shoutout to Collision works for the work they did on my Tesla. They are Tesla Cerrified and by the looks of their work, very well deserved. I came in with some damage on my bumper after i got rear-ended. I thought it was a minor scratch but once they opened it it was discovered that the frame and stuff was really damaged. They worked with my insurance on everything. They offered to call enterprise to get me picked up on the spot for my rental car. They dealt with the insurance for everything and I didn't have to worry about a thing. They kept me up to date with everything they were buying and set a date time for pick up right away. They delivered on their approximate completion time and got my car back in time for Thanksgiving. They even washed the car for me and topped it with windshield fluid, because i had none ha!, before returning it. The service was immaculate. Very friendly staff. The absolute best service I have ever received! My car was very damaged after a Suburban merged into me on the freeway. Doors and rims were scraped and multiple areas needed to be fixed. Other places gave me an estimate of 4 weeks for all the parts to arrive and then another 4-6 weeks of labor once the parts arrive depending on the issues seen after disassembly. Collision works told me that their goal is to have all the parts ordered within the first day of my dropping off the car. They were true to their word and by the next week, most of the parts had arrived. They gave me a timeline of 2 weeks and kept me updated almost daily with the progress. Collision works also has a program with a nearby Enterprise for rental cars should that be necessary. My car was back to me on the exact day they had told me and was in perfect condition. For anyone owning a Tesla, a two week turnaround for body work is near impossible, but they made it happen. James is THE BEST and has an incredible team around him.
