The beer is outstanding and the food is just as impressive. It is genuinely hard to decide which is the bigger highlight. You can tell the brewer is deeply knowledgeable and intentional. Every pour feels crafted with purpose. The service was equally amazing. It was warm, attentive, and clearly proud of what they are serving. What really stood out to me are the details. It is not just about great beer and food, it is the personality of the place. Little touches like the photo of their "founding father" make it feel unique and personal rather than generic. Our favorites were the Amber Lager, Closed Circuit, and the Czech Dark Lager, Shadow Phase. The double hazy NEIPA, Boom Cloud, was also up for a favorite - a crisp clean taste that went down easy. I am not typically an IPA fan, but I could definitely get behind this one. We also ordered the cheesesteak with cherry peppers and french fries. The cheesesteak was great. They use Pat LaFrieda shredded beef for their sandwiches! The food came out quickly despite how bustling the brewery was. During a previous visit we tried the smash burger and the apple brie grilled cheese. Both of those were excellent, too. Great beer, great food, and kind owners - this place has it all. An excellent addition to the Rockland ! If beer is not your thing, they also have an extensive cocktail menu. We have not tried any of them yet, but will have to during a future visit. I had a steak which I ordered medium well, along with a beef type dish as part the course meal. We were a very large crowd so it took some times to get some items.
