This probably has been the worst Pupuseria in the United States, I'm impressed of how horrible they where. Food in general lacked a ton. For a name with "Pupusa Magic Restaurant," I'd imagine those would at least be decent but they where far from it.. they where mostly Flour, chicken soup was not great as well, how can you mess that up? read more

Rude employees, burnt food and charged for extra stuff sums up my experience here. The salchipapa fries and sausages were hard as a rock. I was charged for a dish that I ordered and I did not receive. When I got home I checked and gave them a call. Instead of receiving an apology and a refund the lady that attended me began giving me an attitude claiming she did not charge me for the dish. How funny because she repeated everything I ordered before swiping my card. They are scammers. read more

Peter isn't lying; the pants are tight, but so is the food. I've only had the traditional fare (papusas are huge and cheap, guacamole has eggs in it) but they also serve some strange (for the location) stuff like chicken parmesan. I suggest sticking to the comidas authenticas. LOL. Don't sleep on the salchipapas. Yeah, it's just hot dogs and french fries, but it's guaranteed the best damned hot dogs and french fries you will EVER have. This was really the only place open late night in the area. Got the pork pupusa and the cheese pupusa. They were both very good and I liked them with the salsa that came with the chips. They were also a good size. Very good value for $2. Got the guacamole too and did not like it. There were eggs inside and it really tasted like egg salad with some avocado mixed in. I would not recommend it. Also, the server informed me that they did not have red wine or some of the menu items we wanted to order which was disappointing. read more

Delicious Salvadoran food right on Route 59. I've only tried the pupusas here and they are not as greasy as I'm used to (which is not a bad thing). I can't wait to go back and try more food! The menu seemed to feature a variety of Central American dishes in addition to Salvadoran delights. They do takeout, but seem to lack a paper takeout menu, much to my dismay. The music was also really loud while I was waiting for my order to be freshly prepared. I'm not familair with El Salvadorian food, but did read about the place from YELP. my son had a seafood dinner the 'sea star' and I can't remember what I had (some sort of beef dish) the food was very good, and i would go back and try different things.. The place is not very fancy, and in a stripmall across the street from the Ferrari dealer. ( A contrast of things ?) The music and TVs are loud. The place is clean and the service is good. I get the overall impression that they try to make the customers happy. Large Salvadorean restobar with a large and diverse menu containing many Salvadorean dishes but also Mexican, Guatemalan, Ecuadorian, and "international" dishes and even Portuguese style grilled chicken. Large quantities of food at reasonable prices served by waitresses in very tight pants (or by one cute slender young brunette with curly hair who wears short shorts, I will marry her immediately if she is willing..? ) There is a good selection of Central American beers and a full bar.. When you walk in bar with a couple pool tables is to your left, central area and area to the right are occupied by tables for dining. If you are with family head to the right because the bar customers are mostly male and can be a little rowdy , at least in terms of language and verbal volume (depends on how the soccer match on TV is going). I have vacationed in El Salvador and I liked the pupusas an the Típica combo plate.. I recommend the Salvadorean beer Pilsener if you have not tried. Clientele mostly Central American immigrants. Lots of TVs with Spanish language sports channels on - everyone is speaking Spanish here but staff does speak English. Service is a bit slow as mentioned in other reviews, a lot of beer is sold here I think the waitresses focus a bit more on groups consuming lots of beer, can't blame them they know where the bigger tips come from.. Chips and pretty good salsa served before all meals. Conveniently located across the street from a Maserati dealer - so after consuming a couple $2 pupusas you can spend a "bit more " money and leave in a brand new vehicle! read more

Pupusa's are rare in this town but this is not the best place. It's not the cleanest either. We ordered the pupusa's with cheese, pork, and beans. But they weren't very flavorful. Also ordered the fried yuca with pork. Everything was way over fried and hard. Family and I left very disappointed. read more

Pretty good. Not the best pupusas in the world by any means. But when your hungry and want decent priced food, this is the place to go. This is the second time I've placed an order to go on the phone, (have your Spanish ready to go btw) and its ready within 15 minutes. No one is kidding when they say it's loud. It's loud! That's why I order to go. Curtido is good. I would say go and try it, just don't expect it's the best place in the world read more

Pupusas are delicious. Their beef soup is a lifesaver after a night of drinking. Haven't ate here but have been inside pretty nice environment they have a pool table if you want to spend a night out having some beers with friends. read more
