However Bianca, was so nice--she was able to accommodate us for another date (which we were fine with) at no charge. She calmed me down a lot being that I'm 9 months pregnant. Super sweet and just went beyond. So upon arriving for our actual appts--Bianca greeted us right away. Took our coats and we were led upstairs within 5 mins. They offered tea or water. He informed me that there will be times he's going to ask about guidance specifically the hips since that's where I'm bothered the most being that pregnant people can really only sleep on their sides. She asked him any pain/problem areas. Glad to say my husband is into spas now lol.
