I don't recommend this place for facials for an overall positive experience. Their facials I guess are okay. They are relaxing but the workers are very money hungry. I feel like they PLAN their mode of operation to extract as much money from you that they can. They will convince you to buy multiple packages and upgrade your bundles. It's ridiculous. It's hard to say no because they are very convincing and are nice. They will compliment you as a part of their ploy. For example, they convinced me to agree to paying for my "acne" facial with two packages which totals to about $100! The only difference that this provides is that they use acne products but it's the same amount of time and the procedure is the same as a basic facial. That's so scammy. If you post a "before" and "after" photo on Facebook or Instagram, they'll give you a free facial session or $35 worth of product. read more

Bought two custom 60 minutes facials for me and my mom. Was looking forward as first time customers before this nasty attitude & unprofessional communication via text occured by one of there staff members (screenshot picture attached for reference). I called multiple times but there voicemail said to text or email. So I chose to text there number instead. I wasn't able to get a clear understanding of the available options as whatever date I'd mention, it was booked. So as a customer service representative, you are supposed to present me options or kindly tell me to call on a particular number. I have had numerous facial experiences but never as such with an unpleasant, rude & unprofessional tone/manner. & after my last message of saying "I'll be sharing it with the world" she or he didn't even respond to that. I wish I could give here 0 star. This was the worst facial ever. I already bought a basic facial and Joanne told me I have to upgrade my facial. I didn't want to do it. I came here for the basic facial service. But she was insisting I have to upgrade my service. I had to upgrade because I was afraid that she wouldn't give me good facial service. It turned out it was totally waste of money. It was so painful during the treatment and my face looked terrible after. I've been going to this place on a regular basis for more than a year and I'm very happy about my experience there. Comparing to similar facial spas at similar price level in Flushing, this place has nicer environment and larger space. The whole process is relaxing and comfortable. My facial specialists Helen and all other ones are sweet and helpful. Helen does her job well and always gives good advice based on my skin conditions, but at the same time she's not keen on up-selling unnecessary services or products. I can't say enough about this place, it is awesome. Originally I came for a facial package I bought on Groupon. Joanne was the technician and she was fabulous! My skin had a ton of clogged pores and she really did a great job each time. She checked around allergies-Bc some products may have seaweed. She explained everything and even threw in an extra cooling item, Bc my skin was inflamed from all the work it needed. I sent my mom and sis there and they loved her as well. Just recently I bought the ilipo package and met Florence. She is such a doll. Lets be honest, talking about your stubborn fat isn't easy, but she makes you feel really comfortable and takes time to explain everything. She takes your before and after pics and measurements. I was skeptical but I'm a believer now. In just 3 sessions over 9 days I lost 3 inches and the pics were so helpful in showing the difference. She is really thoughtful. This was my second time visiting them. The first time was over a year ago and it was a very nice experience. I came in this visit with a Groupon and I was planning to buy their facial package because I wanted this to be my permanent facial place. But after today's experience, I would never ever recommend or visit them anymore. Their Groupon deal has a fine print that states it's not for clients active within the past 12 months. So when I made the appointment, I already told the lady through the phone that I've used a Groupon with them over a year ago. The lady said that there's no problem with me making another appointment with this new Groupon. The lady said they had to redeem my Groupon because it was going to expire soon although my appointment with them was more than 2 weeks after the expiration date. When I got to WW Med Spa today, I was immediately told by the reception that they are doing me a huge favor for allowing me to use a Groupon as I am not a first time customer with them. I explained to them that the lady I made an appointment with didn't tell me that it was a problem. Then she kept on saying that the store policy does not allow clients using two Groupons because it is not fair to them. She then kept on attacking me to tell me that I cannot wait a year again to purchase another Groupon. When they finally told me to go in, the facial lady went on to attack me again asking why did I purchase another Groupon. The facial lady was rushing my facial. The quality of the service that I remembered from my past visit was not there. The lady was very short tempered with me. She kept on rubbing more face really quick and hard. My face is extremely red and painful right now. This is by far the worst facial experience ever. I was completely fine with them not granting my appointment when I called the first time. But they waited until my arrival to spill it on me. They could of informed me about it when they called me the day before to confirm my appointment. But instead they harassed me about buying a Groupon. If they did not want Groupon, they should not have signed up for them. I felt that I was treated very unfairly. read more

My facialist did an excellent job with my skin. She recommended the microdermabrasion as an upsell, so I bought it. I love the way my skin feels and looks. However, where I was turned off is the constant push of the facial packages. I understand it's part of the job to sell, but once a customer says no, the sales pitch should end there. I tried scheduling a facial appointment and was told they do not take any Groupon or Livingsocial clients for after 4pm. If people have a day job and cannot make it until later in the day, shouldn't the office still offer later times to voucher clients? It's pretty ridiculous that the receptionist also explained to me that the later time isn't offered because they're afraid that those clients do not show up so they don't give them appointment times. I then asked for an available appointment for the weekend and they say they're fully booked for the next three weeks. How do you expect a person with a full-time job to schedule an appointment when no availability is given? read more

Update: So I wanted to give feedback after having had 4 laser sessions with 1 touch up in between. I haven't seen any improvements in my facial hyperpigmentation. It still looks the same as the first day I stepped foot in this spa. The problem is that this Q Switch laser only fades my dark spots for about 3 weeks and then the dark spots return. I was told Id need about 5 treatments to fade my dark spots permanently but I'm not sure that is true, if I haven't seen my dark spots getting lighter with each treatment. They never even offered a package deal which I find odd since I've spent over $1200 here. I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

I bought a deal that says 90mins long, so i arrived on my scheduled time 2pm, sent in the room within 10minutes but waited another 20mins before starting my session.. so 2:30-4pm i though.. but no it was done by 3:30 since thats my scheduled time 90mins(what including the waiting time too) which is not a very good excuse but fine.. then it happened to me 2x already!! i did bought a deal so im gonna make sure next time i come il tell them about the timing or else why am i paying too much for cut service. read more

I first tried the hydrofacial in Groupon and then I had to buy the package because the facial was simply amazing. The venue is tranquil and beautiful. There is a very beautiful waterfall running inside the office. My skin has definitely improved and today is my third time getting my facial. I do it monthly. Had the 90 minute hyrdo facial which I felt was decent for the price paid with coupon. The machine was only used for a few minutes and I was given a massage that lasted atleast 15 minutes. Extractions were too much, my skin was nipped in areas that had no pimples leading to pain. Alot of time was spent trying to sell packages after already being told no. I bought a Groupon to try this place. My face desperately needed a deep cleaning. I bought the Groupon for - hydrodermabrasion facial. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and walked into a store looking area. They apparently sell their own line of skin care products along with other products they use in their facials. A very nice girl led me downstairs into the spa area. Everything was clean and immaculate. Joanne took me promptly into a room and examined my skin. I got suckered into "upgrading" to an Eminence Organic Facial because I have sensitive skin. While the facial itself was good and left my skin looking clean and refreshed, I was put off by the constant sales pitches. I was asked multiple times to buy various facial packages with the most expensive costing $499...I mean I bought a Groupon to come there, I'm not in a position to be able to afford a full price package. I felt their focus was on selling more product and services. It would've been an excellent experience besides that. read more

My girlfriend treated me to a facial here as a birthday gift...so glad she did! JUNE was my aesthetician. She's had great hands, very gentle on my skin, but thorough. Really...who likes extractions?? But she was so gentle I didn't even mind them this time around. And the neck/shoulder massage was heavenly. I purchased a package! 6 facials for $300...can't beat that with a bat. Their staff changed my appointment from 1:00PM to 12:45PM without asking me, and then called me at 12:50PM TELLING me that I am already late and WONDER if I was still going. It was Saturday and the train route was totally messed up. I called them back when the signal gets better. It was 1:13PM (so I was 13 minutes late) I called and said I was right outside the building. And then this receptionist who WONDERED if I were going told me to reschedule because she doesn't think they have enough of time to finish my facial. I said no, just canceled it. They don't have enough of time to finish my facial because I was literally 13 minutes late? Or maybe they count it as 28 minutes late because they changed the appointment time without asking me. FYI, they always made me get changed and waited in the room, sometimes 15 minutes and sometimes 30 minutes so I don't understand why they did not have enough of time to finish my facial. I've been going to this place for more than 2 years and have bought many different facial packages. Each facial takes a bout 2 hours and sometimes a little bit longer. If the esthetician stops telling me the gossips in her office or stops asking me about my friends (I referred at least 5 friends here) or if they don't make me wait 15-30 minutes in the room after getting changed I totally believe they would enough time for my facial. If the esthetician does not being pushy and tries to sell beauty products or facial packages to clients like she always does, I believe she would have enough time to finish my facial. When they don't have enough of clients to fill up the schedule they will call you to go there. One time I missed the call and when I called back, they couldn't find out why they called me. They just put me on hold for a very long time and hung up. And then call me the next week again asking me if I have time for a facial. Very "professional" staffs here and very "good" management! I would not come back to this place once I finish my facial packages. (so sad I bought two packages) and definitely would not recommend anyone here again. I have had the best experience in my Entire Life with Joanna for my facials n led n with Dr Wei for his excellent expertise in fillers.Joanna is a kind hearted n very well-informed beautician.I purchased a package of 5 led sessions for $300 with a free microdermabrasion n I have never been happier.I leave feeling refreshed and energetic. Dr Wei did my fillers on my temples, tear troughs and nasolabial folds.I was skeptical at first as I have read a lot of horror stories on fillers.But Dr Wei dismissed all that n performed his techniques on the fillers immaculately.I feel refreshed.My face looks so much better n I have so much confidence going out without makeup.I recommend this to anybody who wants beautiful skin with the best doctors and beauticians!! read more

I waited half hour even i had an appointment, and the esthetician left the room for half hour after set a mask on my face, i peel off the mask by myself cause it got dry up, otherwise it would dry up my skin too. I came here last Feb for Laser treatment for acne scarring on my cheeks and chin. I bought all products recommended for me and spent a lot on 4 laser treatments and chemical peel.
