They are likely going to petition this review to get removed because instead of improving their service, they claimed that during my one and only visit I was physically intimidating. This is a ridiculous claim and vain effort to shield themselves from their terrible service. They would rather put a patient in mental and physical danger than simply work on themselves. **Yelp admins**: please reach out to me directly and I will provide my past care providers to combat any claims they make. Additionally, look at my past reviews. I have always been fair. I will update this review in a month to give the office an opportunity to improve. However, my initial experience has been deeply disappointing. I came to this office with high hopes based on their Yelp reviews and research into Dr. Phillips, who has a solid reputation. Unfortunately, their handling of a straightforward matter--transferring medical records and filling prescriptions--was abysmal. I reached out myself, only to discover they hadn't followed up. Tuesday: After multiple calls, I personally contacted my previous doctor to resend the records. Despite receiving confirmation that the fax went through, Central Health claimed they never received it--requiring yet more follow-ups from me. Wednesday: After finally receiving the records, I underwent a detailed telehealth consultation. I was promised everything would be resolved, yet no updates were provided. Each follow-up required re-explaining my entire situation, wasting significant time. Thursday: Despite assurances, only one script made it to the pharmacy. After endless back-and-forth, I was told to record a video of my prescription bottles--a baffling request for a medical office. Still, nothing was resolved. Friday: Out of medication, I was finally instructed to pick up paper scripts. With my children arriving that day and after a full week of frustration, I couldn't make the trip. I remain without a critical prescription days later. Conclusion: This has been the worst introduction to a doctor's office I've ever experienced. While their front desk staff is polite, the lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability was staggering. I have yet to meet the doctor, despite being a patient for over a week. I hope these issues stem from growing pains rather than a systemic lack of organization. For now, I'm exhausted and unimpressed.k

The center is quiet and welcoming, with a smooth check-in process and a spacious, comfortable waiting room. The bathrooms are always clean, and the staff are consistently kind, friendly, and understanding. Even though I get nervous before each appointment, the staff's patience and compassion help put me at ease. After check-in, you're called back to change into a robe and store your belongings in a secure, key-locked locker. From there, you wait in a calming area decorated with beautiful paintings, a ceiling of white clouds and blue sky, and soft Hawaiian music playing in the background. There are two waiting rooms to choose from, both relaxing, with the cooking channel often playing on TV -- small touches that make the experience more comfortable. When it's time for the exam, the staff guide you through each step with professionalism and care. At the end, the physician reviews your images and shares the results with you right away, and you can also access your report conveniently through MyChart. Overall, Pali Momi Women's Center provides excellent care in a setting that feels supportive, clean, and calm. For something that can be a stressful part of life, they make the experience as comfortable and reassuring as possible.

The nurse and doctors are so nice and not clinical. Takes their time to ask questions and doesn't make you feel rushed or like a number! It is a walk-in clinic so first come first serve. The best thing is, after you check in, they let you know when to come back. So do not call to make an appointment. I would say the latest to go would probably be 3pm to be safe if you want to be seen. I went on a Sunday at 1 and they were all booked and they close at 4pm. If you are skeptical about here, don't be. It would be a good decision to go.

One of his APRNs prescribed an antibiotic meant for upper respiratory infections for my UTI - haiyaa! (Uncle Roger sound). I hope my PCP/APRN are not reading this, but if they are, they will know where I disappeared to, and it is here, my new medical home for non-emergencies! I still love them but I also love this place....a LOT. Access Medical Mililani is my new go-to place when I can no longer: 1) wait days/weeks for an appointment 2) suffer insanely 3) bear the thought of waiting 45 minutes to 1 hour or more in the waiting room to be seen by my PCP 4) bear the thought of driving in traffic going to the appointment, being stuck in a crowded paid parking lot with bad drivers, being stuck in traffic going home all while feeling sick 5) wonder how my PCP can diagnose me over the phone without checking my lungs, my ears, my throat. Both doctors took care of me on two separate occasions - in person! No telehealth Tom Foolery here. They were very knowledgeable, professional, caring, and kind. They explained everything in detail and I never felt rushed. I really appreciated their time in taking care of me. I was very grateful for this place and all doctors/workers that run this clinic. I overheard the receptionist say that they take Quest insurance, and that is great, because a lot of places will not take Quest. I know so many people that need help with Quest but they can't get seen. The name "Access" in Access Medical really is a great name for this place. I also love the fact that they charge you the co-payment right up front instead of having it to mail it by check weeks later, which is inconvenient to a procrastinator like myself who throws mail into a big pile without checking it for weeks. This place is super convenient, inside of Mililani Long's Town Center. Parking is free, zip in and out. It's a walk-in clinic only, so no appointment needed. I don't see people waiting too long to be seen. Shop at Long's while you get your RX filled out conveniently in the store. RETURN FACTOR: Don't want to have to look forward to going to a medical clinic anytime soon, but when I do, it will be Access Medical.

Luckily, I found Pali Women's Health which was thankfully on the west side of the island near home. Pali Women's Health shares the same parking lot as Kalapawai Cafe. If there is no parking, you can find street parking, Chuck E Cheeses, or across the street at the old K-Mart. It's a small facility, but I felt that it was great for what I was wanted. I called in after seeing their Yelp page and requested an appointment. Someone called me within 48 hours to schedule and because I was a new patient, they even mailed me my forms ahead of time so I can complete it before coming in. The woman on the phone was really helpful and she worked with my hectic work schedule. My appointment was with Physician's Assistant Alisha who was awesome! I felt comfortable talking with her about my health and felt that she gave me great information based on my family's history on preventative measures and doing a cancer screening. I felt comfortable talking to her and the exam flew by quickly. I'd definitely recommend!

Even though it's a Sunday and just a drop off, you must pull a ticket, enter, then make a U- ey back out for no charge. Luckily have been here before for the doctor that does our colonoscopy. I didn't notice this building where Elephant and Castle Restaurant used to be... a long time ago... on Kaahumanu Street. Anyway, I just used GPS to find the building. Aunty said that if I park on the 3rd level of the structure, there's a walkway that connects straight to the building. She was right! There's even a convenient lab on the ground floor of the building... yay! Inside, the directory and signs were helpful. The only downside was paying for parking. The doctor's office doesn't validate. There was a kiosk next to the elevator that accepted credit card payments. I'm glad that I paid before we returned to the car. The car in front of me had problems exiting... because they didn't pre-pay...
