I recently took my dog there for a POST ER visit. The male Dr (whom I'd never met) walked in the room and began to tell me everything he knew about my dogs condition, without allowing me to speak. Nor did he introduce himself when I said we had not met. This was immediately followed by him continually adjusting himself throughout the visit, with his right hand, as he was telling me about his life history. This was followed by "F Bombs" and him laughing and telling me these were his "big dog" words. In the mean time I was wondering when he was going to turn the attention to my dog, and start to do some type of intervention. It never happened, only the vet tech touched my dog at one point. After almost an hour of me hearing about his life story and his move to the Carolinas, I had to cut him off and tell him that I needed to head out if he was done. He immediately retreated to the back without saying anything..... no instructions for me, no thank you, nothing. Also when you walk into the clinic, the girl at the front desk tends to be more interested in what is on her phone and will eventually get around to looking up to greet you with a "what's the dogs name." So if you are okay with a "vet" who is there for social hour and entertaining himself with his right hand, and dont mind being an interruption to the girl who does the intakes, this is the best place for you!

You walk in and the lobby is huge, everything looks so clean and professional, no foul odors. But what really grabbed my attention was the staff. There is a LOT of them, not one or two teenagers looking after a bunch of dogs. Having never boarded there before, we were nervous, so we asked if we could see the back where they stayed - no problem! Without a moment's hesitation, they led us back. Again, I was impressed. No cages, smells and barking dogs but actual rooms, spacious rooms with doors. Cots in each room for the dogs to lay on. A nice lady stood there with us and explained everything. It is truly a "resort" for dogs. The last place we left them, we were not allowed to see the back. And when we picked them up, we had to ride back with the windows down, they stunk so much. We had to bathe them as soon as we got home. NOT HERE! Our dogs smelled as good when we picked them up as before we dropped them off. In addition, they upload videos on their Facebook page every day and you can see your dogs having the time of their lives, reducing OUR anxiety. The difference between Natural Breed Kennels Resort and the last place we boarded them is as different as night and day! But here's the kicker - pricing is about the same! Very reasonable for the extreme care they take of your fur babies. We have found a new boarder and we couldn't be more pleased. No worries at all about leaving your babies here!

So this was the first time our girl was getting boarded by herself. After touring the kennels, meeting their staff and trainer, I felt so reassured that our girl was in good hands. The owner should be sued personally for negligence. This has left my pets and I in a really tough spot. They closed the website where you get the pet records. So, now what. My pets are up to date on their shots, but have no records to prove it. We did not receive all of the visits or the preventative medications, like for example flea and tick prevention to name one. I am truly disappointed and disgusted.
