Dana's Pampered Pets came with high recommendations, and they exceeded our wildest dreams. We were amazed at the results that we experienced when we picked up two dogs who had never visited a grooming parlor before. They were beautiful, smelled wonderful and we were told that they were well mannered. We never thought a couple of scrappy farm dogs could look so good. Becca and Joe had my sweet Charlie completed in under an hour and a half. They listened to exactly how we prefer him to be groomed and there was not one thing I needed them to touch up. My pup absolutely loved being with them and he is normally very skittish. Charlie had zero stress during the grooming. The customer service we received was above and beyond-prior to the grooming as well as a follow up the next week. I can't thank Becca and Joe enough!

Groomer arrives and says full haircuts are not suggested for my puppy. He says he'll try but didn't seem confident. I appreciated his professional opinion and declined service. These things should have been discussed during booking. Do not offer what is not feasible. I chose mobile for relaxed environment for a first time. Very disappointing

Eric is great and does a wonderful job, especially with trimming nails. I appreciate the ability to make express appointments for first thing in the morning. We're the first client of the day and Eric meets us at the store. The appointment takes all of 25 or so minutes. Our dog has a tendency to get nervous and bump into walls resulting in bloody bumps if unattended. So waiting in my car in the parking lot and taking him home right after is helpful. Staff are so kind and I'm thankful that they are able to accommodate us.

Very friendly, nice people, who seem to really care about the dogs that they groom. Eric did Thor's shave down. He knew that I was a bit nervous, but was very calm and gentle with Thor. I explained that Thor is deaf, and taught Eric the signs for "good boy" and "fine". When Thor came out, he looked great, happy and curious. I think they have set prices based on the size/breed of dog. Thor is an Old English Sheepdog, he was expensive. But I'll pay it to feel confident in the person that is cutting his hair. When we got home, I noticed a few knicks that Eric hadn't mentioned - minus star. But Thor had a lot of hair, and is a bit rowdy, so I wasn't really surprised. The shop is really cute too.
